昨天第一時間食了飯飯得的香辣清湯崩沙腩，今朝量了血糖血壓心跳靚仔，又急不及待試這款五香牛雜。將清湯底加少少水。相信料是新鮮因為有𡁻口。加了菜心苗。為了減輕內臟的殺像力，改用了蒟蒻面（粉絲），牛雜是每款少少，但已能夠滿足我個人脾胃。過去不能從超市品嚐到類似食品今天是驚喜。由於要放雪櫃不能趁減價囤貨，有點可惜。
