1) This product is a natural product and may vary in size depending on factors such as seasonal etc. Weight may vary slightly from actual. Weight checking will be performed regularly
*****The weight is the weight unit used in Hong Kong. Conversion is 37.8 grams per teal.
2) Online ordering and delivery to downstairs
3) Online purchase will be delivered according to the weight and gender selected by the customer. We will check manually whether the crabs are still fresh before delivery. However, we will randomly select in the same variety and gender purchased by customers. Customers are not allowed to preview in any way or request before purchase.
4) All hairy crabs must be kept at approximately 2-6 degrees Celsius before consumption to ensure the freshness of the crabs. Please consume it on the day upon receive.
*****Customers can pre-order within 10days, but since crabs are fresh food, we will not reserve fresh seafood 10days in advance. If the delivery date cannot be met due to delays in logistic, we will notify you as soon as possible. (The actual delivery date will be subject to other restrictions based on actual arrival conditions)
5) The hairy crabs sold are guaranteed to be "alive" and "weight "; any broken limbs or other differences in appearance caused by logistic or other factors will not be returned or exchanged.
6) Since the storage will greatly affect the quality of the crabs, all hairy crabs should be checked immediately after the customer receives and thoroughly cooked and eaten within the same day. If there is no report on the crab quality within an hour after receipt, no returned or exchanged will be given.
7) Free delivery for purchase $900 or more hairy crab. $100 delivery fee will be charged for purchase $900 below. (Additional fee will be applied for special area, Outlying Islands are not covered)
