General Delivery Terms & Conditions
Delivery dates are subject to the schedule of the transport company commissioned by Sophie's Christmas Trees and vary by area. The final classification of delivery areas is determined by the transport company. If the schedule for a specific day is full, the delivery date will need to be changed.

1. Remote areas (Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Sai Kung Country Park, Yung Shue O, Po Toi O, and Ma Wan) require an additional HKD $30 delivery charge.
2. If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access, the highest delivery floor is the 6th floor (counting from the ground floor). For addresses without direct elevator access, customers may collect the item at the ground floor/lobby of the delivery address, or pay a cash handling fee of HKD $75 per floor to the delivery driver. 3. The 3-hour delivery time slot will be notified via WhatsApp one day before delivery. Please arrange to receive the goods. If contact cannot be made at the time of delivery, the transport company will place the item at the doorstep or security lobby and take a photo for record. If re-delivery or handling by the transport company is required, same-day arrangement is not possible and an additional HKD $150 fee will be charged.
4. Sophie's reserves the right to absolutely and discretionarily refuse delivery to any customer who refuses to pay the relevant surcharges.
5. After receiving the order, Sophie's will contact the customer within two working days to confirm the delivery date.
Important Notes:
1. Only one exchange is permitted per order, subject to the following conditions:
Exchanges must be completed within 5 days of delivery and only under the following circumstances:
• The top branch of the tree is broken;
• Incorrect size or tree species received;
• Dry foliage / gaps in the tree body covering an area of at least 10 inches long × 10 inches wide.
2. Goods damaged due to personal reasons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
