我常飲鈣思宝，因為零膽固醇，又少甜。而近日出的這款新口味，更好，由於含高蛋白質，因為本人年纪大了，需要多一點蛋白質，對奶粉敏感，所以我日常都飲，用來與麥片同吃作早餐更好！
