經典鷹粟粉，粉質幼細無結塊，勾芡起鏡快而清，做中式炒菜、羹湯同甜品都穩陣。炸物先掛薄粉再炸，外層更脆口不油膩；醃肉加少少也能鎖汁滑身。包裝密封度好，保存一段時間都不易受潮，家庭常備很實用。
