Instructions
1. Thawing: Transfer the poon choi from the freezer to the refrigerator (4°C) for slow thawing 8-12 hours before consumption. This helps retain optimal nutrition and texture. Consume within 24 hours after thawing.
2. Heating: After thawing, remove packaging, snip the bag, and place the basin into a pot. Add 50ml of water. Heat over medium-low flame until boiling, then simmer for 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
3. Temperature: Ensure the poon choi is heated thoroughly until boiling before serving.
4. Stirring: Stir occasionally during reheating, especially ingredients at the bottom, to prevent burning/sticking.
5. Cookware: The stainless steel basin is suitable for both gas stoves and induction cookers.
6. Hygiene: Use communal utensils for serving to maintain hygiene.
7. Serving: Enjoy layer by layer from top to bottom. Lower layers absorb richer meat juices for enhanced flavor.
