我於16/7大約2點半去取貨時，很配服你們一名男員工，不斷話無人無人唔太想跟進我果兩張單，而且不斷暴力掟貨，掟到其中三排飲品變形又要去換，浪費我時間。睇黎你地啲客服培訓嚴重不足，有損公司專業形象

已經電郵追討聯繫三星期，百佳話因為唔係信用卡，系統搞唔到，然後扮晒蟹唔退款，唔覆郵件。唔知百佳有幾多單受害者俾佢地咁偷偷詐騙。
