Li Garden Order Information & Delivery Time
       1. Li Garden daily order deadline time: 14:00.
       2. No additional items could be added in all combos or food sets.
       3. After receiving the order, Li Garden will contact customers within two working days to confirm delivery time. Please place order at least 4 days before delivery.
       4. If the customer cannot confirm the order by WhatsApp / Telephone / E-mail, the order will be cancelled.
       5. Delivery date and time will be confirmed with customers via WhatsApp.
       6. Order is not allowed to change or cancel after check out.
       7. If the customer fails to receive the goods during the delivery period, the order will be cancelled.
       8. If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the RED/BLACK rainstorm signal, the delivery service will be arranged.

Delivery service
       1. Free delivery is available for purchases above $ 600. For purchases under $ 600, $100 delivery fee will be charged
       2. Additional charges are required for delivery to The Peak, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and other remote areas. Please contact customer service before placing your order.

Delivery Time
       1. Li Garden delivery teams will provide delivery services for customers from Mondays to Sundays and public holidays (Except the Lunar New Year).
       2. Li Garden does not provide service for specific time delivery. Customers can choose their favourable time range for delivery。
       3. Time range:
           (12:00 p.m. - 05:00 p.m.);
           (5:00 p.m. - 08:00 p.m.)

       4. After ordering the goods, Li Garden customer services team will contact customer via Whatsapp 9704-0023 / telephone to confirm the order and delivery date within two working days. On the day of delivery, the delivery staff will contact the customer again to confirm the delivery time.
       5. If the customer has not yet received the confirmation from Li Garden one day before or on the date of delivery, please call 9704-0023.

Delivery and Product return
       1. If there are any quality / quantity problem, please directly contact Li Garden customer service team at 9704-0023 before the goods are signed.
       2. After receiving the orders and signed by customers, no returns are allowed.
       3. The final delivery time will be confirmed by Whatsapp / Telephone.
       4. Li Garden Company Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to terminate this program without prior notice.
       5. Should any dispute arise, PARKnSHOP eSHOP and Li Garden Company Limited reserve the right of final decision.
