Delivery/Installation Terms:
If the product purchased is a water heater or a built-in cooking stove or a range hood, there is a need to arrange a on-site survey first, which can be replaced by photos. The on-site survey fee is $350 and is non-refundable. For arrangement of survey, please contact Crown Gas Stoves (Holdings) Company Limited (Tel: 2382 8431; Email: cs@crown-cgs.com.hk).
Crown CGS/Xinda/Paloma cooking stove and water heater products and range hoods are owned/distributed by Crown Gas Stoves (Holdings) Company Limited. Delivery is arranged by the company, which also provide installation. Delivery will be free upon purchase of $400 or more on one single transaction. If purchase on single transaction is below $400, delivery fee of $50 will be charged. Remote areas are subject to an additional surcharge of $400. There is no delivery service outside Hong Kong or Macau. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
After receiving notification from the retailer about the order, Crown Gas Stoves (Holdings) Company Limited will contact the customer normally within 1 to 3 working days. If found that survey was not arranged though needed, survey on the site or by photo be supplemented. When confirmed that survey is done and installation is feasible, Crown Gas Stoves (Holdings) Company Limited will follow with the customer to confirm the delivery and installation date (delivery and installation are on the same day).

Note: Delivery is not available in adverse weather conditions (such as Gale Or Storm Signal No. 8 or higher or a Rainstorm Black Warning is in effect). Re-arrangements of delivery/installation will be made for the order in question after the relevant weather warning is removed.
Product Return/Exchange Terms:
When you or your designated consignee receives the goods that have been ordered, you or he/she is responsible for checking the appearance of the goods for damage and whether the accessories are in place and whether the goods functions well. No returns/exchanges of goods are allowed after delivery/installation of the product.
In the event of any dispute, Crown Stove (Group) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
