1.   Product photo is for reference only.
2.   Orders 4 working days in advance.
3.   Stainless steel pots are used as container for the product.

5.   Product will be delivered at designated time slot, 11:00 - 13:00 or 16:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 20:00, no specific time is accepted.
6.   Danny Catering Service Ltd. reserves the right to provide substitute products when necessary and without notice. The company will make every effort to ensure that the replaced products' value is equal or higher and the quality is similar to the original product.
7.   Once an order is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and the amount received will not be refunded.
8.   This coupon is no longer valid when the valid date is expired. No refund will be arranged. This coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or other product.
9.   Delivery service will be provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon urban area, New Territories and Tung Chung only. (Delivery service will not be provided to remoted areas such as Shek O, Stone Cutter's Island (Ngong Shuen Chau), Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Discovery Bay etc)
10.   Poon Choi delivery service generally deliver to doorstep. If the customer's delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator, or the purchased goods need to be transported by stairs to the entrance of the building or transported upstairs, the customer is required to pay an additional fee. An additional HK$50-100 will be charged per floor per case (5 stairs are also counted as 1 floor).
11.   Delivery service to Ma Wan will be provided only at time slot 11:00 - 13:00
12.   Delivery service is not available for any restricted area, hotel and overseas.
13.   Since Poon Choi is ready-to-eat food, it will be treated as automatic abandonment if customer is failed to receive the product within the designated time slot, no refund will be arranged.

15.   If red/black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, orders will automatically be postponed. We will contact you for the order arrangement.

17.   Should any disputes arise, the decision of PNS eShop and Danny Catering Service Limited shall be final.
