少咗一樣贈品冇自動加到入購物車，又唔通知個客，又唔知係送晒定點，俾完錢貨都未發問番你哋客服就已經話冇得後補，以購物車為準，我夠知以購物車為準啦，但個問題係你哋個system完全冇提示冇通知個客有其中一樣嘢冇貨就係你哋嘅責任囉，就好似我喺莎莎買嘢，人哋贈品送晒冇得加入購物車都會有提示講至明，個客都照俾錢就係顧客嘅責任。你哋咁樣即係搏啲客唔清唔楚俾咗錢追唔番就送少樣！講完你個客服淨係keep住話多謝你嘅意見，唔鍾意可以cancel，真係吹脹，cancel大晒？喺超市買得嘢都係日用必須品，一句唔鍾意就cancel，極不負責任！依家係你哋問題點解變咗係我唔鍾意就cancel張單？一直理性溝通都冇解決方法，客服最後仲要已讀不回，對你哋好失望，之後都唔會再用你哋！
