2. Last order date：8/10/2025(4 working days in advance).After receiving the order, Fulum Food will WhatsApp customer to confirm order within 2 working days. (If customers did not receive WhatsApp within 2 working days after ordered, please contact Fulum Food by WhatsApp at (852) 6793 2113 from Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00, Sat 9:00 - 13:00).

10. Delivery service will be suspended, and other arrangements will be made, if typhoon signal no.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory.
11. If Customer received a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service within the same day.
