Instructions
It is best to eat immediately. Please consume within a few hours to keep the food fresh.Before eating, it must be heated thoroughly.
If not consuming immediately, please keep the original plate in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0℃ and 4℃.
If you are unable to finish the Poon Choi in one go, the remaining food needs to be refrigerated.
If you eat it again, you must reheat it thoroughly before eating.
The sauce for the dish is cooked over high heat for 8 hours, and is packaged after being sterilized. Please store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh (shelf life 2 days)
Before eating, please use scissors to cut diagonally at the corner of the sauce bag, and slowly pour the sauce around the food.
Bring to boil over high heat on a gas stove/induction cooker/cooking stove, then adjust the heat back to medium to prevent the sauce from boiling over.
As the food in the dish has been cooked, it needs to be heated to boiling point (the temperature of the center of the food is above 75°C) so that the essence of the food and the sauce can be mixed together. The original flavor and texture of the food can be brought out to the fullest, giving gourmets the ultimate enjoyment of "a lingering taste in the mouth".
When the hot pot is almost finished, you can take out the remaining meat and add some boiling water to make a hot pot base. Use it to blanch lettuce, instant noodles or udon to make it taste even better.
