我訂咗12包 10 litre嘅原味貓砂，結果嚟咗8包 10 litre原味，有兩包變咗蘋果味，其中一包原味包裝已經爆開，貓砂流到周圍都係。另外仲有三包 5 litre原味貓砂，即係總共少咗 5 litre。總括嚟講真係今次有三個問題，一包爆咗，兩包錯味，另外少咗 5 litre，聯絡咗客戶服務三次，都係不了了之，毫無跟進

This cat litter is somewhat fine and sandy, which means it gets everywhere in the house. I sweep, vacuum and wash the floor with wet towels a few times per day, yet bits of it can always still be found. However, the cats like it and they are fussy, so I guess this is the right brand for them.
