本人昨晚購買後, 在店領取時間是11:00-7:00, 今天中午查看電郵的時候看見9:00有通知可以拿取產品, 但是本人只能下午四點才到順利邨百佳拿取產品, 發現急凍食品已開始融雪,應該是已經拿出來一段時間. 請問百佳相關部門是否可以改善此情況, 如果把急凍食品預先拿出來, 然後客人沒有及時店拿取, 急凍食品拿出來放幾小時, 我下次都不會在百佳網上買急凍食品
