The product is fine, just what my daughter loves. Its the website that needs to improve please. No update on tracking status, not sure whether you have stock (which was urgent for us) or if its been delivered. We only collected after 3 days following a sms to confirm delivery. Am hesitant to use on line again unless major update of your website
