1. This product is not applicable to Click & Collect service. Please place order at least 2 working days in advance via PNS eShop (working days exclude Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday).
2. After receiving the order from PNS eShop, “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” will WhatsApp 92297266 and arrange delivery within 2 working days. If customer did not hear from “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” within 2 working days after order placement, please contact “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” at 3997-3344 from Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm.
3. All orders and delivery details are subject to WhatsApp 92297266 confirmation.Door-to-door delivery service will be temporarily cancelled. For any order, the product(s) will be delivered to the management counter at the certain building or outside of the building only.
4. No change or cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.
5. If customer cannot receive the products by his own-causes, we will cancel the order and all payment is non-refundable.
6. If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the RED/BLACK rainstorm signal, orders will automatically be postponed. “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” will contact you to make new order arrangements.

1. Free delivery is available for purchase over $800 in “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” shop. For purchase under $ 800 in “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” shop, $80 delivery fee will be charged.
2. Additional charges are required to The Peak, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and other remote areas. Please contact customer service before placing your order.

Delivery Time
1. "BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING" delivery team will provide delivery service for customers in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories throughout Mondays to Sundays and public holidays (Except Lunar New Year).
2. “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” does not provide specific time delivery service.

Delivery and Product return
1. If there is any question regarding the product quality or quantity, please contact “BUDGET GLOBAL SOURCING” customer service team directly before signing the acknowledgement of receipt.
2. No return is allowed once the product is received and signed by the customer.
