NeoYouth delivery service & delivery time
1. Free delivery is available for purchases above HKD600. For purchases under HKD600, HKD30 delivery fees will be charged per order.
2. AJC products are shipped via SF Express. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
3. AJC does not provide service for a specific time delivery.
4. Delivery service is limited to specific areas in Hong Kong.
5. For each order, the free delivery service is limited to one delivery location.
6. If your delivery address changes, you must notify AJC before ordering; otherwise, AJC will not be responsible for delivering to the wrong or outdated address.
7. If the customer fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, AJC reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee of HK100.
8. Additional charges are required for delivery to Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan (HKD20). Discovery Bay needs an extra gate fee of HKD144 per order, which will be collected directly by the SF Express courier when delivering the parcel. Outlying Islands, container pier, restricted area and other remote areas: NO delivery provided. Please contact AJC customer service (WhatsApp -63601176) before placing your order. AJC reserve the right to refuse delivery.
9. If the delivery address has no elevator/lift available, or if the existing elevator/lift is out of service requiring stairway delivery, an additional floor-access fee will be charged based on the courier company's actual rates, calculated at HKD30 per floor. To avoid extra charges, we strongly recommend selecting smart locker collection as your delivery option.
10. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. AJC reserves the right to decline any order if we are unable to supply the ordered product(s) or service(s). Should any product or service on your order be unavailable, AJC will notify you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery.
11. Customers, please count the quantity of all the goods in person when receiving the goods. If you have any questions, please inform AJC immediately by phone or WhatsApp-63601176.
12.Delivery services may be delayed due to adverse weather, traffic, and/or other uncontrollable circumstances. In the event of a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services will be suspended. AJC staff will then contact you to inform you of the arrangements.

AJC Return & Refund Policy
•If you encounter any of the following issues upon receiving your order, you may request a return and replacement within 24 hours by first contacting AJC(cs@neoyouth.com.hk / WhatsApp -63601176):
a.) Product is damaged / packaging is incomplete
b.) Product has expired
c.) Missing or incorrect product delivery
Customer must provide proof for verification, including:
(i) Presenting a valid purchase receipt, and
(ii) Sending clear images of the defective product via email (cs@neoyouth.com.hk) or WhatsApp (63601176) to AJC for record purposes.
(iii)Please keep the product with issues. A dedicated staff will arrange for its collection.
• Once verified, will arrange a replacement or refund for the same product within 14 days.
• If it is not for the above reasons, once the customer cancels the confirmed order, an administrative fee of HKD100 or 10% of the order amount will be charged from AJC, whichever is higher.
• AJC reserves the right to interpret and modify these terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, AJC and PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision.
