Terms and Conditions of Citi Mastercard Credit and Debit Card Offers at PARKnSHOP:

1.     The promotion period is from May 1, 2022, to June 30, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 5) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.

2.     This promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Mastercard Credit and /or Debit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”).

3.     This promotion applies to the Hong Kong outlets of PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, TASTE X FRESH (applicable to TASTE checkout counter only), INTERNATIONAL, food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store (“PARKnSHOP Outlets”), or at PARKnSHOP eShop www.PARKnSHOP.com and PARKnSHOP App (“PARKnSHOP  eShop”).

4.     During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy cash voucher or eVoucher rewards upon fulfilling the specific spending requirement at PARKnSHOP outlets or PARKnSHOP eShop with Eligible Cards. Detail are as follows:

·Offer 1: Cardholders are entitled to enjoy a HK$50 PARKnSHOP Cash Voucher (“Cash Voucher”) upon spending a Single Net Transaction (Defined in Clause 5) of HK$500 or above at any PARKnSHOP outlets with Eligible Cards. This Offer has a quota of 89,000, and it is on a first-come-first-served basis, while the stock lasts.

·Offer 2: Cardholders can enjoy a HK$50 PARKnSHOP eShop eVoucher (“eVoucher”) upon spending a Single Net Transaction (Defined in Clause 5) of HK$800 or above at PARKnSHOP eShop  with Eligible Cards. This Offer has a quota of 3,000, and it is on a first-come-first-served, while the stock lasts.

5.     A "Single Net Transaction" refers to a single posted retail purchase made with an Eligible Card during this Promotion Period (based on transaction dates) with original merchant sales receipts and credit and/or debit card sales slips and/or other documents at PARKnSHOP Outlets and PARKnSHOP eShop. This promotion applies to the final amount of the Single Net Transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.

6.     The below items in PARKnSHOP Outlets will not be regarded as an eligible transaction: purchase of gift coupon/eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transactions, bill payment, Octopus/ Alipay value-added service, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption, bulk/ case purchase with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging, delivery service charge, 3 Shop products & services. PARKnSHOP eShop/ phone/ fax ordering, any orders from www.greatfoodhall.com/ TasteToGo/ "Click & Collect" service, transactions made through self-checkout, spending at any outlets outside Hong Kong (including Macau and China), or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions, transactions made through AlipayHK or Tap & Go are all excluded from this promotion.

7.     The below items in eShop (PARKnSHOP.com) or PARKnSHOP app will not be regarded as an eligible transaction: Purchase of hampers, stage 1 infant milk formula, mooncakes, hairy crabs, supplier direct delivery items, pre-order items, physical store pick up items, items from Watsons eMall and Fortress.

8.     The Cash Vouchers are valid until July 31, 2022 and can only be used in the next purchase upon spending HK$50. Cardholders must settle the payment with an Eligible Card when using the Cash Voucher at PARKnSHOP outlets and only one Cash Voucher is accepted per transaction. HK$50 PARKnSHOP Cash Voucher shall be distributed by PARKnSHOP at the time of payment, late request case will not be accepted. Use of the Cash Vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by PARKnSHOP. Please refer to the back of the cash voucher for details. Photocopy of the cash voucher is not accepted. The cash voucher is invalid and not replaceable if lost or found defaced or damaged.

9.     HK$50 PARKnSHOP eShop eVoucher shall be awarded to your eShop (PARKnSHOP.com) or PARKnSHOP mobile app account directly within 10 days after delivery of order. The eVouchers are valid until August 15, 2022 and can only be used in the next purchase upon HK$50. Cardholders must settle the payment with an Eligible Card when using the eVoucher and only one eVoucher is accepted per transaction. The eVoucher is not applicable to the services of Click & Collect. Use of the eVoucher is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by PARKnSHOP.

10.   You need to return the cash vouchers for any cancelled or reversed transactions. Each Cardholder can enjoy the offer once per day.

11.   In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.

12.   Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.

13.   Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

14.   Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during this promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.

15.   Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services.

16.   Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by PARKnSHOP, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.

17.   Citibank and PARKnSHOP reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw or terminate this promotion at their discretion without prior notice and Citibank and PARKnSHOP accept no liability for such amendment, withdrawal or termination.  All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and PARKnSHOP.

18.   In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.

19.   No person other than the parties mentioned in these terms and conditions will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

20.   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

 

 

 

 

“Citi Pay with Points Reward: Earn Up to HK$280 Spending Rebate” ("Citi Pay with Points Reward")

21.   The promotion period is from May 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 13) and all Citi Pay with Points redemptions (based on redemption dates, as defined in citibank.hk/pwp) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.

22.   The promotion is only applicable to the PARKnSHOP eShop mobile application and website (www.parknshop.com) (collectively “PARKnSHOP eShop”) and is not applicable to PARKnSHOP supermarket outlets.

23.   Unless otherwise specified, the “Citi Pay with Points Reward” Promotion only applies to principal cardholders of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards") ("Cardholders").

24.   During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make a Single Net Transaction of HK$250 or above with Designated Cards and subsequently make a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$250 or above at PARKnSHOP eShop during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Redemption") to enjoy a spending rebate of HK$70 for each Eligible Redemption.

25.   During the entire the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can enjoy Citi Pay with Points Reward four times amounting to a maximum total spending rebate of HK$280.

 

26.   Only the first 2,000 Cardholders with successful Eligible Redemptions are entitled to the Citi Pay with Points Reward.

 

27.   If the Eligible Redemptions are confirmed to be qualified for the spending rebate after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding spending rebate will be automatically credited to the last Designated Card account with completed Eligible Redemption and shown in the monthly statement on or before August 25, 2022.

28.   Citi Pay with Points via PARKnSHOP eShop is subject to other terms and conditions. Please refer to citibank.hk/pwp for details.

29.   Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.

30.   In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the spending rebate were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Designated Card account the equivalent amount of the spending rebate without prior notice.

31.   Cardholders' Designated Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the spending rebate, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the spending rebate without prior notice.

32.   Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.

33.   A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebates and use of eVouchers or gift vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to, transactions made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayMe, Octopus, WeChat Pay HK, AlipayHK, the purchase of gift coupon/eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, delivery service charge, / phone/ fax ordering, transactions made at www.greatfoodhall.com, supplier direct delivery items, physical store pick up items, items from Watsons and Fortress listed at PARKnSHOP eShop and any other redemption products or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are all excluded.

34.   Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and PARKnSHOP absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

35.   Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by PARKnSHOP. PARKnSHOP is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

36.   Citibank and PARKnSHOP ("PARKnSHOP") reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

37.   All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and PARKnSHOP.

38.   In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.

Citibank x PARKnSHOP Pay with Points Redemption Promotion

39.   The promotion period is from May 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

40.   Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card ("Designated Cards") issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”).

41.   Upon making a successful Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 6) of HK$50 or above with Designated Cards at PARKnSHOP (as defined in Clause 4) within the Promotion Period, customer will be entitled to a preferential rate when performing Pay with Points – SMS Redemption Service, "Pay with Points – Online Redemption Service" and "Pay with Points – Mobile Redemption Service" to offset the transaction at PARKnSHOP. 42.   The promotion is only applicable to physical outlets of PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, TASTE X FRESH (applicable to TASTE checkout counter only), INTERNATIONAL, food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store.

43.   The promotion is not applicable to transactions made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayMe, Octopus, WeChat Pay HK and AlipayHK.

44.   A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to the transactions made through PayMe, Octopus, WeChat Pay HK, AlipayHK, or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

45.   This promotion is governed by “Pay with Points – SMS Redemption Service” Terms and Conditions, "Pay with Points – Online Redemption Service" Terms and Conditions and "Pay with Points – Mobile Redemption Service" Terms and Conditions.

"Pay with Points – SMS Redemption Service" Terms and Conditions

46.   The Pay with Points – SMS Redemption Service (the "Service") is applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards").

47.   This Service is applicable to the card transactions Cardholders made at local merchant or merchant category with Designated Card and specified in the SMS ("Selected Transaction"). Local merchant categories are subject to the definition of Mastercard®/Visa International's Merchant Data Standards and the settings of the acquiring bank. Ineligible transactions include but are not limited to withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, "FlexiBill" Installment Program, "PayLite" Installment Program, "Quick Cash" Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, Payment made through Citi PayAll, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions, and transfer or top up transaction to designated e-wallet account (includes but not limited to PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay). Citibank reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify as Eligible Purchases.

48.   To enjoy this Service, Designated Cardholders must click the link provided in the SMS via their mobile phone number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank's last updated records, and select the amount to redeem with Citi ThankYouSM Rewards Points ("Points").

49.   Cardholders must redeem using the Points on the Designated Card specified in the SMS.

50.   The Service is subject to the Designated Cardholder's mobile phone service provider ability to support the service, and the relevant terms and charges of such service provider.

51.   The Service is valid within 24 hours of performing the Selected Transaction.

52.   The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Selected Transaction will be deducted from Designated Card account ("Redemption"). Cardholders may redeem up to Selected Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Designated Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points website for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Designated Cardholder's Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.

53.   Citibank guarantees neither the delivery, accuracy, nor security of the contents of any SMS sent by Citibank to Designated Cardholders. Designated Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholder or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service, including but not limited to, (a) non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong delivery or partial delivery of any SMS; or (b) inaccurate contents of any SMS.

54.   The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.

55.   If Designated Cardholder returns or cancels the Selected Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Designated Cardholder's Card Account and Points will not be returned.

"Pay with Points- Online Redemption Service" Terms and Conditions:

64.   The "Pay with Points- Online Redemption Service" (the "Service") is applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").

65.   To use the Service, Cardholder must be enrolled to Citibank Online.

66.   Cardholder's ThankYouSM Account and Eligible Card Account must be in good standing at the time the Cardholder uses the Service.

67.   Only eligible purchases made with Cardholder's Eligible Card Account in the current billing period and unbilled eligible purchases, up to the last 60 days ("Eligible Purchase"), are eligible for "Pay with Points- Online Redemption Service" statement credits ("Statement Credits"). Temporary authorizations are not eligible for the Service.

68.   Eligible Purchases exclude, but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, "FlexiBill" Installment Program, "PayLite" Installment Program, "Quick Cash" Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, unposted / cancelled / refunded transactions, Payment made through Citi PayAll, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions, and transfer or top up transaction to designated e-wallet account (includes but not limited to PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay). Citibank reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify as Eligible Purchases.

69.   The amount of Citi ThankYouSM Rewards Points ("Points") required for redemption will be deducted from the Eligible Card's available Points balance. Cardholders may redeem Eligible Purchases up to the available Point balance. Statement credits will be posted to the Eligible Card Account within 2 business days of redemption.

70.   Statement Credits apply towards the Cardholder's next month's Card Account statement balance, but not the current month's minimum or total payment due. The required minimum and total payment reflected on the current Card Account statement must be paid pursuant to the terms of the Card Agreement.

71.   Cardholders are required to use the available Points to redeem the value of an Eligible Purchase in full. Partial redemptions of Eligible Purchase are not allowed.

72.   There is no fee to use the Service.

73.   Citibank may set minimum and/or maximum Points redemption requirements for the Service at any time.

74.   Citibank has the right to change the Points to Hong Kong Dollar conversion rate for Statement Credits at any time.

75.   The Statement Credits obtained from "Pay with Points- Online Redemption Service" cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.

76.   If Cardholder returns or cancels the Eligible Purchase, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholder's Card Account and Points will not be returned.

77.   Citibank reserves the right to terminate the Service or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

81.   The "Pay with Points- Mobile Redemption Service" (the "Service") is applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").

82.   To use the Service, Cardholder must be enrolled to Citi Mobile® App.

83.   Cardholder's ThankYouSM Account and Eligible Card Account must be in good standing at the time the Cardholder uses the Service.

84.   Only eligible purchases made with Cardholder's Eligible Card Account in the current billing period and unbilled eligible purchases, up to the last 60 days ("Eligible Purchase"), are eligible for "Pay with Points- Mobile Redemption Service" statement credits ("Statement Credits"). Temporary authorizations are not eligible for the Service.

Cardholders might choose to make partial redemption of Eligible Purchase. Statement credits will be posted to the Eligible Card Account within 2 business days of redemption. Cardholder can choose to pay more transactions with points and select up to 5 other eligible purchases to redeem with points after completing one Pay with Points Mobile Redemption.

87.   Statement Credits apply towards the Cardholder's next month's Card Account statement balance, but not the current month's minimum or total payment due. The required minimum and total payment reflected on the current Card Account statement must be paid pursuant to the terms of the Card Agreement.

88.   There is no fee to use the Service.
