1.    The promotion period is from July 1, 2023 to August 27, 2023 (“Promotion Period”). 
2.    The promotion is only applicable to the PNS eShop Mobile Application and the PNS eShop website (www.pns.hk) (collectively “PNS eShop”) and is not applicable to PARKnSHOP supermarket outlets.
3.    Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"), who must also be MoneyBack App members in order to be eligible to receive the offers (“Cardholders”). 
4.    A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebates, MoneyBack points redemption and use of eVouchers or eCoupon. Other transactions, including but not limited to, transactions made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayMe, Octopus, WeChat Pay HK, AlipayHK, the purchase eVoucher, plastic shopping bag charge, delivery delivery, hampers, stage 1 infant milk formula, supplier direct delivery items, pre-order flash sales items, physical store pick up items, items from Watsons eMall and Fortress and any other redemption products or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are all excluded. 
5.    Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank’s records. 
6.    In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account or (as the case may be) bank accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice. 
7.    Cardholders’ accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice. 
8.    Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned. 
9.    Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
10.    Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollars.
11.    The offers received from this promotion cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balances, withdrawn as cash advance, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
12.    Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited ("Merchant") at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 
13.    Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details. 
14.    Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the third party vendors of the Merchant and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
15.    Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
16.    In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
 
“Citi Spending Reward: Earn Up to HK$200 in PNS eShop eVouchers” ("Spending Reward") Terms and Conditions
17.    During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who make a Single Net Transaction of HK$600 or above at PNS eShop with Eligible Cards ("Eligible Transaction”) are entitled to a PNS eShop eVoucher valued at HK$60 or HK$80 (“eVoucher”). Details are as follows: 

 
18.    During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder (regardless of whether one or more Eligible Cards are provisioned at PNS eShop) can get a maximum total eVoucher amount of HK$200.
19.    HK$60 eVoucher is limited to a total number of 10,000 quota on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
