1.    The “City Food Drive” campaign (“The Campaign”) will be held for eight weeks from 17 June 2022 to 4 August 2022 (“Campaign Period”). During the Campaign Period, Customers may donate food items at all PARKnSHOP stores or via PARKnSHOP.com. Food items, however, cannot be donated via “Click & Collect”, “Easy Order” or phone order.

•    Grocery items, wherever they were purchased, that are in sealed packaging and a clearly listed expiry date, can be donated. (except products with glass containers). PARKnSHOP will deliver these items to Food Angel . 

2.    (i) If the order contains items only for donation, it will be gathered by PARKnSHOP till a certain amount before delivering to Food Angel by batch. You will not receive the donated items , and no delivery fee will be charged. 

(ii) For partial donation orders, no delivery fee will be charged for spending upon HK$500 or above, while a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged for orders less than HK$500. The self-consumption products will be delivered to the mailing address as instructed, while the donated food items will be separated from the order, and gathered by PARKnSHOP until they reach a certain amount. They will then be  delivered to Food Angel by batch. You will not receive the donated items, and no further delivery fee will be charged. Donation via PARKnSHOP.com

3.    If Customers donate food items via PARKnSHOP.com, 
i.    The total net value of each order must meet the minimum spend of HK$50. Should Customers choose to pay via credit card, the upper limit of each online order is HK$10,000. No cancellation, refund or return will be allowed once the order of The Campaign is confirmed by our system.

ii.    If the subject food item comes with free gift, in case of “Full Donation”, such free gift will be automatically donated to Food Angel despite it is not falling under the designated donation categories; in case of “Partial Donation”, Customers may decide whether to donate such free gift to Food Angel.

iii.    Should the selected food item be out of stock, our system will prioritise the donation to Food Angel. If the food item purchased for self-consumption is out of stock, customers may apply a refund of the concerned item according to the Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase (“Terms & Conditions”) as specified at PARKnSHOP.com.

iv.    For the donated food items, in the unlikely event that such item is to be taken off shelves or subject to recall for any reason whatsoever, Customers may not apply for refund or return. Under such circumstances, PARKnSHOP will replace the food item of the same category with same value to Food Angel.

4.    Kindly note that the donation nature of The Campaign  is in kind and not in cash, any sales receipts generated thus cannot be used for tax deduction purpose. No receipt for the donated food items will be issued by Food Angel as well.

5.    In case of any disputes, PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
