Terms and Conditions:

1. Present MoneyBack APP before payment to enjoy the offer.

2. Only App members of the MoneyBack program (“MB Program Members”) (operated by AS Watson MoneyBack (HK) Limited (“MBHK”)) are entitled to these offers.

3. eStamp can be earned during promotion period is from 26 September 2025 to 20 November 2025.

4. The eStamp redemption period is from 26 September 2025 to 4 December, after which they will be invalid.

5. The offers are not transferable or refundable.

6. The offers cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.

7. 1 MoneyBack eStamp is obtained for every HK$1 dollar purchase of Coca-Cola Products in offline stores under PARKnSHOP in Hong Kong, MoneyBack members are entitled to receive an additional 10 MoneyBack points for every 50 eStamps earned (cap at 1 million MoneyBack points to be given out within the Promotion Period on a first come first serve basis). The 10 MoneyBack points will be credited the eligible MoneyBack account on or before the 20th of the coming month.

8. Upon earning 150 eStamps on MoneyBack App, MB Program Members can redeem 1 free piece of Coca-Cola Premium Product.

9. This offer cannot be refunded nor redeemed for cash.

10. MoneyBack App users can view the eStamp balance and redeem freebies via MoneyBack App.

11. Non-members users can download MoneyBack App to become App member, otherwise, eStamp will not be issued.

12. For “Share” function, eStamps will be valid after 15 minutes upon shared.

14. eStamps will not be re-issued after deduction.

16. MBHK, Coca-Cola and PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserve the right to alter, extend, or terminate the offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters or disputes will be subject to the decision of MBHK and Coca-Cola which shall be final and binding.

17. MBHK and PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited are not the supplier of the Coca-Cola Premium Product. MBHK shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the Coca-Cola Premium Product being offered, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the description of goods and/or services provided by Coca-Cola, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the offers or in making available the products and/or services in relation to the offers, by Coca-Cola, their employees, officers or agents. This clause applies exclusively to the COKE+ platform and does not apply to the MoneyBack App.

18. MBHK shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of MB Program Member accepting or using any of the offers. However, this exclusion of liability shall not apply to the extent that any such loss or damage is directly

attributable to the gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud by MBHK or its employees, officers, or agents.

19. MB Program Members / COKE+ members expressly consent to the transfer of their personal information between MBHK and Coca-Cola for the purpose of the offer. Each MBHK and Coca-Cola will use and handle the personal information received and processed by it in accordance with their Privacy Policies and Personal Information Collection Statements, available on https://www.cokeplus.hk/privacy-policy and https://www.moneyback.com.hk/setting/privacyPolicy.

20. MoneyBack program and COKE+ are membership programmes independently operated by MBHK and Coca-Cola. The respective terms and conditions of the MoneyBack program and COKE+ program shall continue to apply.

21. If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
