2. The offer is only valid for orders placed from 3 to 11 November, 2023. 

3. The offer is not applicable to the Click and Collect service and supplier direct service.

4. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, other product or privileges.

5. The offer will be awarded based on net purchase of each transaction after discount. Transactions cannot be accumulated for the promotion.

6. The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.

8. 10. All electrical products, pre-ordered, free gifts and samples are non-refundable. No receipt for the free gifts. The manufacturer/distributor has designated inspection and maintenance procedures. 11. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
