• eStamp can be earned during the promotion period till 18 July 2024, member with every $60 purchase of noodles/ beverages (ambient drinks, alcohol drinks and chilled juice only)/ frozen dim sum/ confectionery/ ice cream at PARKnSHOP, TASTE, TASTE x FRESH, FUSION, INTERNATIONAL, FOOD LE PARC, GREAT FOOD HALL, GOURMET stores & PNS eShop in Hong Kong can earn 1 “Football Fever” eStamp.
• No eStamp will be given for the store purchase of gift coupon/eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transaction, bill payment, any value-added service, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption , bulk/ case purchase with single transaction over $50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging, delivery service charge and 3 Shop products & services. It does not apply to PNS eShop/phone/fax ordering and purchase made at Great App and ‘Click & Collect’ service.
• No eStamp will be given for the order on PNS eShop for purchase of eVoucher, plastic shopping bag charge, hampers, stage 1 infant milk formula, hairy crabs, supplier direct delivery items, flash sales and pre-order items, physical store pick up items, spirits, items from Watsons eMall and Fortress.
• MoneyBack users can view the eStamp balance via MoneyBack App.
• Non-members can download MoneyBack App to become a member, otherwise, eStamp will not be issued.
• This offer cannot be effective by “Share eStamp” function.
• MoneyBack members must visit physical stores for prize redemption registration on or before 18 July 2024. The prize redemption eCoupon will be distributed to qualified members' MoneyBack App in 3 working days. Please visit the selected store with the eCoupon listed in MoneyBack App for prize redemption from 1 – 7 Aug 2024.
• Promotion is valid while stocks last.
• Reward points and eStamp will not be re-issued after deduction.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of MoneyBack and PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall be final and conclusive.

• “Football Fever Top Spender” Terms and Conditions:

• “Football Fever Top Spender” (“Promotion”) is organized by PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited ("the Company").
• The promotion period will run from 21 June 2024 12:00 AM to 18 July 2024 11:59 PM. During the promotional period, any purchases made at PARKnSHOP, TASTE, TASTE x FRESH, FUSION, INTERNATIONAL, FOOD LE PARC, GREAT FOOD HALL, GOURMET stores & PNS eShop(www.pns.hk or the PNS mobile app)  in Hong Kong will be eligible to participate in the activity. Participation after the deadline will not be considered. The activity period and participation time will be based on the data received by the PARKnSHOP company server (Hong Kong time zone UTC+08:00).
• Participants must accumulate their spending in the same MoneyBack member account during the promotion period. The amount of eligible spending can be combined from multiple completed transactions/ PNS eShop completed delivery orders. The top participants who spend the most will win the prizes.
• The promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of completing eligible order.
• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, other product or privileges.
• The offer will be awarded based on net purchase of each transaction after discount.
• The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.

• All electrical products, pre-ordered, free gifts and samples are non-refundable. No receipt for the free gifts. The manufacturer/distributor has designated inspection and maintenance procedures. The manufacturer/distributor may revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, please contact them directly.
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall be final and conclusive.

  Details of Prize Redemption:

• Accumulated eligible spending and the Moneyback account ID of the top 3 winners will be disclosed by PARKnSHOP relevant Facebook post on 1 Aug 2024.
• Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after the announcement of the results. The email will contain instructions and terms for prize redemption.
• Winners will receive an email with the redemption details. Winners are responsible for contacting the designated parties directly to exchange the gifts.
• PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the right not to accept and/or recognise any information provided by the winner(s) which are deemed inappropriate, incomplete and suspicious in the promotion at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Participants have to agree and accept the latest version of the company’s Terms and Conditions (including Personal Information Collection Statement), privacy policy, disclaimer agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the regulations and to reserve the right to pursue legal action.
• Any personal information that entrants share with the Company will be kept secure and only used for this promotion and used in line with terms and conditions under “The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance”.
