Terms and Conditions of Red Hot Shopping Special – PARKnSHOP

When can you enjoy the offer

1. The promotional period for the offer is on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the period from 1 May 2025 to 27 July 2025.

What is the offer 　

2. During the promotional period, use your Eligible Credit Card to make single transaction at (a) or (b) below to receive:

	Net Spending Amount	Pay with HSBC credit card	Link your HSBC Visa Platinum Card to the MoneyBack App and pay with this card
a. Physical outlets of Participating Merchants	HK$500 or above	HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher	Extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon, which makes a total of HK$70e
b. PNS eShop (PNS.hk) or PNS eShop App	HK$600 or above	HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher	Extra HK$20 PNS eShop eVoucher in PNS eShop account, which makes a total of HK$70

3. You can only enjoy offer 2(a) of HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher and 2(b) of HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher once per promotion day during the promotion period, regardless of the number of Eligible Credit Cards you hold.

4. You can only enjoy offer 2(a) or 2(b) of extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon/PNS eShop eVoucher once per promotion day during the promotion period.

How can you enjoy the offer

5. You can enjoy the offer if you:

a. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period; and

b. pay with an Eligible Credit Card during the promotional period; and/or

c. link an Eligible Visa Platinum Card to your MoneyBack App, scan your MoneyBack App before payment and pay with the linked card to receive the extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon/PNS eShop eVoucher (if applicable) during the promotional period.

6. Offer 2(a), the HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher shall be distributed by the Participating Merchants at the time of payment. The cash vouchers are valid until 31 August 2025 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with an Eligible Credit Card when you use the cash voucher at physical outlets of Participating Merchants and only one cash voucher is accepted per transaction. Cash vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on

‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22nd of each month). Use of the cash vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. Please refer to the back of the cash voucher for details.

7. Offer 2(b), the HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher shall be awarded to your PNS eShop or PNS eShop App accounts directly within 10 days after delivery of order. The eVouchers are valid until 31 August 2025 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with an Eligible Credit Card when you use the eVoucher at PNS eShop or PNS eShop App and only one eVoucher is accepted per transaction. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on ‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22nd of each month). The eVoucher is not applicable to the services of Click & Collect. 8. Offer 2(a), the extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon will be awarded to your MoneyBack app account directly in 10 working days after the transaction is made. Offer 2(b), the extra HK$20 PNS eShop eVoucher will be awarded to your PNS eShop or PNS eShop App accounts directly within 10 working days after delivery of order. The eCoupons/eVouchers are valid until 31 August 2025 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with the linked Eligible Visa Platinum Card when you use the eVoucher at physical outlets of Participating Merchants, PNS eShop or PNS eShop App and only one eCoupon/eVoucher is accepted per transaction. The eCoupon/eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on ‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22ndof each month). The eCoupon/eVoucher is not applicable to the services of Click & Collect. Use of the eCoupon/eVoucher is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. 9. “Eligible transactions”: All offers are not applicable to the purchase of gift coupon/eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/prepaid phone card/gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transaction, bill payment, Octopus/Alipay value-added service, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption , bulk/ case purchase with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging, delivery service charge and 3 Shop products & services, phone/fax ordering, purchases made at Great App, ‘Click & Collect’ service, transactions made via e-wallets, transactions made at self-checkout machine, transactions made at FRESH checkout counter in TASTE X FRESH, or transactions made at any outlets outside Hong Kong, or all unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions. Offer 2(b) is also not applicable to the purchase of eVoucher/ eCoupon, festival fruit hamper & gift hamper, AquaBlue products, Tru Niagen products, LaoXieZhen products, Watsons & FORTRESS products, WATSONS Water H&A dispenser, phone card/prepaid phone card, stage 1 infant milk formula, home appliances and cookware, Karuizawa products, spirits, Tung Fong Hung products, bird’s nest, essence of chicken, abalone, supplier direct delivery products and any other redemption products.

10. You need to return the cash vouchers or eVouchers or eCoupon will be deducted from your MoneyBack App, PNS eShop or PNS eShop App accounts for any cancelled or reversed transactions.

11. You cannot exchange the offer for cash, other products, services, discounts or transfer the offer.

12. You have to keep all original sales slips of the eligible transactions. In case of dispute, we may at any time ask you to submit these slips, and/or further documents or evidence for inspection and we may keep them.

13. We accept no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the Participating Merchants.

14. The offers are subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants and they may be subject to change. We and the Participating Merchants can change or cancel the offer or amend the terms and conditions. Please check the relevant website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offer.

15. If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer and we can debit your credit card to take back any offer you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.

16. The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card will apply.

17. In case of dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Participating Merchants and us shall be final and conclusive.

18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (‘Hong Kong’). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

19. ‘Eligible Credit Card’ means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).

20. ‘Eligible Visa Platinum Card’ means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional Visa Platinum credit cards (issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns). HSBC Green Card is excluded.

21. ‘Net Spending Amount’ means the final transaction amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card after all applicable discounts, reductions and use of vouchers/gift cards.

22. ‘Participating Merchants’ mean any physical outlets of PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, TASTE X FRESH (applicable for TASTE checkout counter only), INTERNATIONAL, food parc, GREAT FOOD HALL, EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store, plus PNS eShop (PNS.hk) and PNS eShop App in Hong Kong.
