Terms and Conditions of Red Hot Shopping Special – PARKnSHOP 

When can you enjoy the offer

1.    The promotional period for the offer is on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the period from 1 September 2023 to 29 October 2023.

What is the offer 　

2.    During the promotional period, you can receive PARKnSHOP cash voucher/PNS eShop eVoucher and PARKnSHOP eCoupon (if applicable) when you use your Eligible Credit Card to make single transaction with a Net Spending Amount of HK$500 or above at (a) physical outlets of Participating Merchants or (b) PNS eShop or PNS eShop App. Details are as follows:

	Pay with an Eligible Credit Card	Link an Eligible Visa Platinum Card to the MoneyBack App and pay with this card
a. Physical outlets of Participating Merchants	HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher	Extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP  eCoupon, which makes a total of HK$70
b. PNS eShop (PNS.hk) or PNS eShop App	HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher	Extra HK$20 PNS eShop  eVoucher, which makes a total of HK$70

3.    You can only enjoy offer 2a of HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher and HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon (if applicable), and offer 2b of HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher and HK$20 PNS eShop eVoucher (if applicable) once per day, regardless of the number of Eligible Credit Cards you hold.

How can you enjoy the offer
4.    You can enjoy the offer if you:
a.    hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period; 
b.    pay with an Eligible Credit Card during the promotional period; and/or 
c.    link an Eligible Visa Platinum Card to your MoneyBack App, scan your MoneyBack App (for offer 2a) or login PSN eShop (for offer 2b) before payment and pay with the linked Eligible Visa Platinum Card to receive the extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon/PNS eShop eVoucher during the promotional period (if applicable).

5.    Offer 2a, the HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher shall be distributed by the Participating Merchants at the time of payment. The cash vouchers are valid until 30 November 2023 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with an Eligible Credit Card when you use the cash voucher at physical outlets of Participating Merchants and only one cash voucher is accepted per transaction. Cash voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on ‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22nd of each month). Use of the cash voucher is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. Please refer to the back of the cash voucher for details. 

6.    Offer 2b, the HK$50 PNS eShop eVoucher shall be awarded to your PNS eShop or PNS eShop App account directly within 10 days after delivery of order. The eVouchers are valid until 30 November 2023 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with an Eligible Credit Card when you use the eVoucher at PNS eShop or PNS eShop App and only one eVoucher is accepted per transaction. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on ‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22nd of each month). The eVoucher is not applicable to the services of Click & Collect. 7.    Offer 2a, the extra HK$20 PARKnSHOP eCoupon will be awarded to your MoneyBack App account directly in 10 days after the transaction is made. Offer 2b, the extra HK$20 PNS eShop eVoucher will be awarded to your PNS eShop or PNS eShop App account directly within 10 days after delivery of order. The eCoupons/eVouchers are valid until 30 November 2023 and can only be used in the next purchase. You have to settle the payment with the linked Eligible Visa Platinum Card when you use the eVoucher at physical outlets of Participating Merchants, PNS eShop or PNS eShop App and only one eCoupon/eVoucher is accepted per transaction. The eCoupon/eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts offered on ‘MoneyBack Member Day’ (2nd, 12th & 22ndof each month). The eCoupon/eVoucher is not applicable to the services of Click & Collect. Use of the eCoupon/eVoucher is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. 8.    All offers are not applicable to the purchase of gift coupon/eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/prepaid phone card/gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transaction, bill payment, Octopus/Alipay value-added service, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption , bulk/ case purchase with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging,  delivery service charge and 3 Shop products & services, phone/fax ordering, purchases made at www.greatfoodhall.com, ‘Click & Collect’ service, transactions made via e-wallets, transactions made at self-checkout machine, transactions made at FRESH checkout counter in TASTE X FRESH, or transactions made at any outlets outside Hong Kong, or all unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions. Offer 2b is also not applicable to the purchase of eCoupon/eVoucher, festival fruit hamper & gift hamper, AquaBlue products, Tru Niagen products, LaoXieZhen products, Watsons & FORTRESS products, WATSONS Water H&A dispenser, phone card/prepaid phone card, stage 1 infant milk formula, home appliances and cookware, Karuizawa products, spirits, Tung Fong Hung products, bird’s nest, essence of chicken, abalone, supplier direct delivery products and any other redemption products.

9.    You need to return the cash voucher for any cancelled or reversed transactions. eVoucher or eCoupon will also be deducted from your MoneyBack App, PNS eShop or PNS eShop App account as appropriate.

10.    You have to keep all original sales slips of the eligible transactions. In case of dispute, we may at any time ask you to submit these slips, and/or further documents or evidence for inspection and we may keep them.

11.    You cannot exchange the offer for cash, other products, services, discounts or transfer the offer.

12.    We accept no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the Participating Merchants.

13.    The offers are subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants and they may be subject to change. We and the Participating Merchants can change or cancel the offer or amend the terms and conditions. Please check the relevant website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offer. 

14.    If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer and we can debit your credit card to take back any offer you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.  

15.    The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card will apply.

16.    In case of dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Participating Merchants and us shall be final and conclusive. 

17.    We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

What these terms mean 
 

18.    ‘Eligible Credit Card’ means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns). 

19.    ‘Eligible Visa Platinum Card’ means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional Visa Platinum credit cards (issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns). HSBC Green Card is excluded.

20.     ‘Net Spending Amount’ means the final transaction amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card after all applicable discounts, reductions and use of vouchers/gift cards. 

21.    ‘Participating Merchants’ mean any physical outlets of PARKnSHOP, TASTE, FUSION, TASTE X FRESH (applicable for TASTE checkout counter only), INTERNATIONAL, food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store, plus PNS eShop (PNS.hk) and PNS eShop App in Hong Kong.
