[PARKnSHOP Instagram Incentive Game] Terms & Conditions

1. All participants must be holder of valid Hong Kong identity card. 

2. Instagram user takes part in this activity represent agreement with the terms and conditions herein. If violate, Park’s supermarket shall cancel his/her participation or prize award qualification without any notice, and reserve the right to investigate and claim for any activities that cause damage to this activity. 

3. Period of activity is from 10 October 2023 to 16 October 2023 23:59.

4. Participant is required to complete the following steps: (1) 「like」prize award activity post; (2)「Follow」PARKnSHOP Instagram page @hkparkshop; (3) share your camping gear and follow the sentence format provided to share your answer at the comment area (answer must not exceed 30 words, punctuation mark is counted)

5. Award list will be announced on or before 31 October 2023 at HKParknSHOP’s IG [PARKnSHOP camping gear Incentive Game] activity post message area, prize award winner is required to take initiative before 7 November 2023 by inbox @hkparknshop Instagram for enquiring prize acceptance arrangement.

6. Each participant (Facebook and Instagram account, telephone number, email address) is eligible in one participation and award once. Participant must not alter answer, otherwise qualification will be void. Only the contents of the latest submitted form will be considered in case of repeated submission, time of participation is in accordance with computer record of PARKnSHOP Supermarket. 

7. All information recorded by PARKnSHOP Supermarket shall be conclusive, any wrong or incomplete information shall be treated invalid. If the information is wrong or incorrect and causing awarded winner unable in receiving award notice or prize, PARKnSHOP Supermarket shall not be responsible. 

8. According to Law of Hong Kong, sell or provide alcoholic liquor that causing intoxication to minor (age below 18) is strictly prohibited in the course of business process. 

9. Any problem that arises from computer, network, telephone or technic that causing participation or winner award’s announcement suffered from delay, missing, mistake, unable to recognize or damage, as a result of invalid information, PARKnSHOP Supermarket shall not be held liable, participation or winner award shall not disagree. 

10. Any participant intends to take in any illegal, inappropriate act that jeopardize the fair, just of the game, or using any program to deceit result, the participation qualification will automatically be cancelled. PARKnSHOP Supermarket reserves all legal rights in suing the relevant participant for damages or any other relief. 

11. All participants are voluntary joining, all responsibilities that arising from this activity shall not relate with PARKnSHOP Supermarket, PARKnSHOP Supermarket do exempt from all legal liability and compensation. 

12. If anyone deliberately using empty number or false account for participation in this activity, PARKnSHOP Supermarket is at liberty to revoke his participation qualification. 

13. All prizes are non-transferable, redeem cash or other commodities. 

14. PARKnSHOP Supermarket is not liable for obligations and services provided by suppliers. Any disputes arising from the quality of services or value, shall be settled directly, by awarders and suppliers. 

15. PARKnSHOP Supermarket, its advertising companies or any related person, is not liable to participants if as a result of this activity or any prize that causing any loss or damages (including indirectly suffered loss) or personal casualty. Once winner obtained the prize, PARKnSHOP Supermarket need not issue any proof or compensation in case of loss or stolen. 

16. No notice is required should there be any alternation regarding terms and conditions of this activity. 

17. PARKnSHOP Supermarket is at liberty to withhold, revise or alter regarding the arrangement of this activity, is at liberty to cancel or terminate this activity, no prior notice is required, so as not to bear any responsibility. 

18. This activity is not related with Facebook, no sponsor and support or manage  from Facebook.

19. For justification, PARKnSHOP Supermarket and its engaged advertising company’s staffs and direct relatives are not allowed in participation of this activity.

20. PARKnSHOP Supermarket reserves the final determination in case of any disputes. 
 

Personal Information Collection Statement

1. PARKnSHOP Supermarket requires participants to provide personal information in this activity, which will only be used to contact the participants and verify their identity when claiming prizes. PARKnSHOP Supermarket shall keep your Personal Data confidential and destroy it after the activity and awarding. If the participant refuses to provide relevant information, PARKnSHOP Supermarket reserves the right to refuse the participant to participate in this activity.

2.  PARKnSHOP Supermarket may disclose and transfer your Personal Data such as the full English name, Hong Kong mobile phone number, email address and contact address of the winner's identity card number to the assigned redemption center for the purpose of redemption.
