Terms and Conditions for [GREAT Photo Contest] Instagram Prize Game
1.    Participants must hold a valid Hong Kong ID card.
2.    Any Instagram user participating in this activity agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein. In case of violation, PARKnSHOP will disqualify the participant or winner without notice and reserves the right to take legal action against any behavior that disrupts this activity.
3.    The activity period is from 15 November, 2024, to 30 November, 2024, at 23:59.
4.    To participate in the game, you need to complete the following steps: 1) Attend the GREAT Wonderland Event   2) Take beautiful photos at the event and share them on your IG Story 3) Use the hashtag #GREATWonderland 4) Tag PARKnSHOP's IG page @hkparknshop 5) During the entire event period, you must set your post to "Public" in Instagram's "Edit Profile" to participate in this activity.
5.    The list of winners will be announced in the comments section of the [GREAT Wonderland ] IG Prize Game activity post on PARKnSHOP's IG before 9 December, 2024. Winners need to proactively Inbox @hkparknshop Instagram to register their information and communicate the prize collection details before 15 December, 2024.
6.    Each participant (Facebook and Instagram account, phone number, email address) is limited to one participation and one prize. Participants are not allowed to modify their answers, otherwise, their participation will be void. For repeated registrations, only the last submitted content will be counted. The participation time is based on PARKnSHOP's computer records.
1.    MoneyBack Points will be credited to the winner's MoneyBack App account within 60 days from the date of winner announcement.
8.    All information is subject to the records received by PARKnSHOP. Any incorrect or incomplete information will be considered invalid. PARKnSHOP is not responsible if the winner cannot receive the winning notification and prize due to errors or inaccuracies in the provided information.
9.    According to Hong Kong law, it is prohibited to sell or supply intoxicating liquor to minors (persons under 18 years of age) in the course of business.
10.    PARKnSHOP is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, unidentifiable or damaged information registered by participants or winners due to computer, network, telephone, technical, or other problems. Participants or winners may not object.
11.    Any participant who intentionally engages in any illegal or improper behavior to harm the fairness and impartiality of the game, or uses any program to cheat the results, will automatically have their participation qualification revoked. PARKnSHOP reserves all legal rights to seek damages or other compensation from the relevant participants.
12.    Participation in this activity is voluntary. PARKnSHOP is not responsible for any liability arising from this activity and will be exempt from all legal responsibilities and compensation.
13.    If any intentional use of empty numbers or fake accounts to participate in this activity is discovered, PARKnSHOP has the right to disqualify the participant.
14.    All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.
15.    PARKnSHOP has no responsibility for the obligations and services provided by product suppliers. Any disputes regarding the quality of service or value of the prizes must be resolved directly between the winner and the product supplier.
16.    PARKnSHOP, its advertising company, or any related persons shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in this activity or any prize. Once the winner has collected the prize, PARKnSHOP is not required to issue any proof or compensation if it is lost or stolen.
17.    The terms and conditions of this activity are subject to change without notice.
18.    PARKnSHOP has the right to suspend, revise, or change these terms and arrangements regarding this activity, and may cancel or terminate the activity at any time without prior notice and without assuming any responsibility.
19.    This activity is not related to Meta and is not sponsored, supported, or managed by Meta.
20.    Employees of PARKnSHOP and its hired advertising companies and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this activity to ensure fairness.
21.    In case of any dispute, PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision.

Personal Data Collection Statement:
1.    The personal data provided by participants in this activity will only be used for contacting participants and verifying identity during prize collection. PARKnSHOP will collect, store, and confidentially process the personal data, and destroy it after the activity and prize collection are completed. If a participant refuses to provide relevant information, PARKnSHOP has the right to refuse the participant's participation in this activity.
