Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. Additional delivery charge may apply in selected areas.
If no elevator service is available for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of $40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
Customers are kindly requested to sign for the goods within the designated time. If customers request to leave the goods outside, and any loss or damage occurs, PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall not be liable.
PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees if the recipient falls to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify PARKnSHOP immediately of any change to their delivery address.

Charges

Home delivery service is free when your net spending is HK$399 or more per order.
Home delivery is available with HK$50 additional delivery fee for orders net amount is below HK$399 (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport).

Notes

The order will delivery as soon as possible based on our delivery schedule, and timeslot available from same day delivery up to 12 days for selection.
In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.
Customers can only reschedule the delivery up to two times, and the rescheduled delivery dates must be within a two-week period. We cannot guarantee the freshness of orders rescheduled under such circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
Where a product delivered is not part of the order or the wrong quantity of items is delivered, we reserve the right to collect any wrongly delivered product.

Remarks

Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). No delivery service is available to the below areas: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O and areas that vans are restricted to access. No overseas delivery service is provided. The delivery orders of hospital are limited to send to registration lobby only.
Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
If no elevator service is available for premises, home delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only. An additional delivery fee of HK$40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available (for the first 10 boxes). If the total number of boxes in order exceeds 10 boxes, the 11th to 20th boxes will be charged once more according to the number of storey(s) an additional delivery fee charged, and so on without amount limitation. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village, in Shek O without permission letters, customers are required to collect the order at designated location(s).
If the product is not labeled as being packed in its original case, we may not be able to provide original case packaging.
All “Supplier Direct” orders are handled and delivery by supplier directly, which will not combine with the orders of PNS eShop. And supplier will contact you via phone / email that marked in the order record separately. Supplier will also charge certain amount for delivery free but can waive when meet the requirements of minimum spend.

Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
