Baked Fish with Herb Sauce and Heart-Shaped Pasta

Ingredients

  • Flounder
  • Heart-shaped pasta
  • Basil herb sauce
  • Avocado oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh lemon
  • Thyme

Method

  1. Marinate fish fillets with basil herb sauce, avocado oil, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook heart-shaped pasta in salted water for 5 minutes until done. Lay cooked pasta and thyme on a baking tray, then place marinated fish fillets on top. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Sauté thyme, then add butter and stir-fry. When fragrant, turn off the heat and mix in basil herb sauce.
  4. Pour the finished sauce over the baked fish and pasta to serve!
