Fresh Fish Heart-Shaped Pasta

Ingredients

  • Barilla heart-shaped pasta 80g
  • 2 yellow croaker fish
  • Ginger 30g
  • 2 pieces kelp
  • Bonito flakes as needed
  • Water 1L
  • Milk 300g
  • Japanese soy sauce 15ml
  • Baby bok choy 100g

Method

  1. Clean fish head, bones, and tail, pat dry, coat evenly with flour or starch, and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Heat a pan to high temperature, add oil, fry fish bones until golden. Add kelp, ginger slices, and garlic, then add pasta water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cooked pasta, milk, and vegetables to the fish soup.
  4. When the soup boils, turn off the heat, soak fish fillets for 4 more minutes. Done!
