“Top Spender Reward” Promotion Details:

1.    From 28th June 2024 to 18th July 2024, the top 27 participants who have accumulated eligible spending at PNS eShop, are entitled to receive ONE gift as below table. 

Terms and Conditions:
2.    PNS eShop “Top Spender Reward” (“Promotion”) is organized by PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited  ("the Company"). This promotion is only applicable on www.pns.hk or PNS eShop mobile app. The promotion is not applicable to PARKnSHOP physical store. 
3.    The promotion period will run from 28th June 2024 12:00 AM to 18th July 2024 11:59 PM. During the promotional period, any purchases made on the PNS eShop (www.pns.hk or the PNS mobile app) will be eligible to participate in the activity. Participation after the deadline will not be considered. The activity period and participation time will be based on the data received by the PNS online shopping server (Hong Kong time zone UTC+08:00).
4.    This promotion is open to HK residents aged 18 years or over.  
5.    Participants must accumulate their spending in the same PNS eShop account during the promotion period. The amount of eligible spending can be combined from multiple completed delivery orders. The top participants who spend the most will win the prizes.
6.    The promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of completing eligible order.
7.    The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or privileges. 
8.    The offer will be awarded based on net purchase of each transaction after discount. 
9.    The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers. 
10.    This offer is not applicable to orders made via phone or fax.

12.    All electrical products, pre-ordered, free gifts and samples are non-refundable. No receipt for the free gifts. The manufacturer/distributor has designated inspection and maintenance procedures.  The manufacturer/distributor may revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, please contact them directly. 
13.    If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
14.    In the event of any disputes, the decision of PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited shall be final and conclusive. 

Details of Prize Redemption:
1.    Accumulated eligible spending and the Moneyback account ID of the top 20 winners will be disclosed by banner(s) and the event page of PNS eShop on 16th August 2024.
2.    Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after the announcement of the results. The email will contain instructions and terms for prize redemption. The 1st to 12th place winners will receive email with information regarding the designated location and date for prize collection. The 13th to 27th place winners will receive a PNS eShop $150 Häagen-Dazs e-coupon, which will be awarded to the winners' PNS eShop account "wallet" within 14 days. The e-coupon is valid until 31 December 2024. Expired or unused e-coupons will not be re-issued.
3.    PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited reserves the right not to accept and/or recognise any information provided by the winner(s) which are deemed inappropriate, incomplete and suspicious in the promotion at its sole and absolute discretion. 
4.    Participants have to agree and accept the latest version of the company’s Terms and Conditions (including Personal Information Collection Statement), privacy policy, disclaimer agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the regulations and to reserve the right to pursue legal action.
