1.    The promotion includes Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eStamp promotion and PARKnSHOP Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eShop Promotion. The Promotion period is from 18 November 2022 to 18 December 2022 (both dates inclusive and based on the transaction date) (“Promotion Period”). The offers are subject to limited quotas and available while quotas last.
2.    Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to the following eligible transaction:
I.    Settle payment including deposit (if any) with valid Visa Principal/ Supplementary card using VisaNET to enjoy offer.

Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eStamp Promotion (the “Offer”):
1.    Photos and size are for reference only.
2.    Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eStamp can be earned during the Promotion Period till 18 Dec 2022, MoneyBack member makes eligible transaction with Visa card for every $50 purchase at PARKnSHOP, TASTE, FUSION, INTERNATIONAL, FOOD LE PARC, GREAT FOOD HALL and GOURMET stores in Hong Kong (“PARKnSHOP stores”) and  www.parknshop.com or PARKnSHOP App (“PARKnSHOP eShop”) can earn 1 Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eStamp.
3.    The offer is applicable to Apply Pay, Google Pay with eligible Visa card transaction, but not applicable to AlipayHK, BoC Pay and Octopus.

It does not apply to phone/fax ordering and purchases made at www.greatfoodhall.com, and TasteToGo order. 
5.    This offer is not applicable to the purchase of e-vouchers, phone/ fax/ TasteToGo orders, hampers, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, stage 1 infant milk powder, home appliances and cookware, mooncakes, hairy crabs, supplier direct delivery items, physical store pick up items, pre-order items, items from Watsons eMall/ Flagship and Fortress items and any other redemption products at PARKnSHOP eShop.
6.    MoneyBack users can view the eStamp balance via MoneyBack App.
7.    Non-members can download MoneyBack App to become a member, otherwise, eStamp will not be issued. 
8.    For “Share” function, eStamps will be valid after 15 minutes upon shared.
9.    MoneyBack members can redeem designated products with specified number of Visa FIFA World Cup 2022TM eStamp only.

1.    Unless otherwise specified, a customer who settles payment with an Eligible Visa card at www.parknshop.com and/or PARKnSHOP App(“PARKnSHOP eShop”) can enjoy the following offers (the “Offers”):
I.    Offer 1: The customer is entitled to get a Visa FIFA World CupTM themed shoe bag/ backpack (random) upon eligible single net transaction of HK$800 or above with Eligible Visa Card, select delivery service and click on gift selection in shopping cart at PARKnSHOP eShop during promotion period and;
II.    Offer 2: The customer is entitled to get a Visa FIFA World CupTM themed foldable insulated bag upon eligible single net transaction of HK$1,200 or above with Eligible Visa Card, select delivery service and click on gift selection in shopping cart at PARKnSHOP eShop during promotion period
2.    The offers are not applicable to Apply Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK and Octopus.
3.    During promotion period, the total quota of offer 1 and 2 is 3,000, while the offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
4.    The offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other product and service.
5.    The product of the offers will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage
6.    Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions are not counted as Eligible Transactions. In case of such transactions, the Offers will be cancelled together with those transactions. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers by any person (as determined by the Merchant, the Card Company at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offers. The Merchant and/or the Card Company reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately by a customer directly from any of the customer’s Eligible relevant Credit Card/Smart Account/Payment account without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
7.    The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion (exclude MoneyBack member with linked HSBC Visa Platinum Card can enjoy discount on MoneyBack Member Day and BoC Credit Card Offer), eVoucher and non-transferable.
8.    The offer is not applicable to fax and/or telephone orders.
9.    The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions for the purpose of the offers at PARKnSHOP eShop: eVoucher/eCoupon, festival fruit hamper & gift hamper, WATSONS Water H&A dispenser, phone card/prepaid phone card, stage 1 infant milk formula, cookware and home appliances, essence of chicken, abalone, “Click & Collect’ service, delivery charge, supplier direct delivery products and any other redemption products.
10.    MoneyBack is not a supplier provider of the products provided and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products provided.
11.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12.    No person other than the customer, the Card Company, PARKnSHOP and MoneyBack will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
13.    Card Company and/or PARKnSHOP and/or MoneyBack reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the offers or its terms and conditions. The Card Company and/or PARKnSHOP and/or MoneyBack reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
14.    By participating in this Promotion, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
15.    Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
