“BLUE GIRL® Taste the Real Moment - Ticket Giveaway for AIA Carnival!” Top Spender Activation – Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: January 16, 2026 – January 22, 2026

• Purchases of BLUE GIRL® Beer Products made via www.pns.hk or the PNS eShop mobile app during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the activation. Eligible orders must have a delivery date on or before January 31, 2026. Orders that are cancelled or refunded will result in disqualification.
• Each participant’s spending is linked to their registered phone number. Transactions from different accounts or phone numbers will not be combined. Each participant may win only once per phone number.
• Eligible spending is calculated based on the final price of BLUE GIRL® Beer Products, after discounts and deduction of any plastic shopping bag charges. The definition of “BLUE GIRL® Beer Products” will be including Blue Girl 500ML 4 King Can and Blue Girl Light 500ML 4 King Can.
• The top 50 participants with the highest accumulated eligible spending will each receive a set of 2 admission tickets with 10 tokens for each ticket (valid March 01, 2026; value per set: HK$300).

• The activation is organized by Jebsen Beverage Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and is only applicable to online purchases via PNS eShop or mobile app. Purchases made at PARKnSHOP physical stores are excluded.
• Participation is limited to Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above, holding a valid HKSAR identity card. All transactions and prize redemptions must take place in Hong Kong.
• Winners will be notified via WhatsApp sent by BLUE GIRL® Beer before 4 Feb 2026. To claim the prize, winners must provide proof of total spending and purchase records/receipts for BLUE GIRL® Beer Products during the promotion period. Failure to respond or redeem the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture.
• Only Hong Kong mobile numbers capable of receiving WhatsApp messages are accepted for prize redemption. Winners must accept WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
• If any winner’s information is inconsistent, incomplete, or suspected to be fraudulent, their eligibility will be revoked.
• Prizes must be claimed within the designated period after the promotion ends. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without compensation.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts, and may not be resold. Images are for reference only. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage after prize redemption.
• The organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or cancellations related to the event or prizes. In case of technical issues resulting in invalid data, the organizer bears no legal responsibility.
• Personal data collected will be used solely for identity verification and prize collection, in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Winners’ information may be shared with third-party partners for verification and prize arrangement, and will be destroyed within three months after the event.
• In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Participation in this activation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The organizer’s decision is final in case of any dispute.
