Click & Collect

1 Choose “Click & Collect” as the delivery method at the right top corner of PNS eshop

2 Select “Click & Collect”ervice and your desired store

3 Add the products you want into the shopping cart and click "Checkout"

4 You will receive an order confirmation email after checking out successfully

5 Bring along your order confirmation email at your designated pick-up time & selected store to get your goods (Go Green, bring your own bag)

1. Customer can enjoy the service of 'Click & Collect' for any purchase at PNS eshop, and free service charge upon spending of $100. For order below $100 can add $20 to enjoy 'Click & Collect'.

2. Click & Collect service is currently available in our selected stores.

3. Love our planet, please bring your reusable bag for stock pick up. Please contact our store staff if you need plastic shopping bag.

4. For Click & Collect service in Cheung Chau and Mui Wo is free for orders above HK$500 (For orders below HK$500, HK$50 service charge shall apply).

Pick up arrangement

Once your order is ready for collection, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please don’t arrive before you have received the order confirmation email. To pick up the order, please present your order confirmation email when collecting in store. Please note signature is required for order pick-up.

Pick up period of "Click & Collect" order

Order must be picked up within 3 days upon receiving an order confirmation email. We also recommend same-day pickup. “Same day” means within 24 hours from when the store completes order packing. If customer fail to collect the order within the pick-up period, PARKnSHOP reserves the right to cancel the order.
