PARKnSHOP rolled out Hong Kong's First Free Food Coupon for Senior Citizens programme in 2013, together with the YWCA. Elderly people are given coupons that they can exchange for food and daily essentials free of charge. The programme targets different districts of Hong Kong on a rotation basis.

PARKnSHOP introduced a 10% Off Special Offer Programme for elderly. Senior citizen card holders are entitled to enjoy 10% discount for own brand products at its stores in Hong Kong every Wednesday.
