Terms and conditions:
1. This product is fresh food, please ensure that the product can be received at the designated delivery time and address. Free delivery is available for purchases above $ 600. For purchases under $ 600, $80 delivery fee will be charged
2. After receiving the order, JA ZEN-NOH will contact the customer to arrange the delivery date and time within one week before the delivery. If you have any inquiries about delivery, please contact 6407 9606 via WhatsApp.
3. The delivery date will be arranged in sequence according to the order date, and further notice will be given if there is any change.
4. If the Observatory announces the hoisting of typhoon No. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm warning signal, delivery service will be arranged separately.
5. Each order will be arranged for delivery (subject to the supplier's delivery to the logistics company) once.
6. The delivery date is 7-10 working days after the supplier confirms the delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays). This does not apply to pre-order products.
7. Due to the arrangement of the logistics company, the delivery time may vary from region to region, and delivery to non-industrial and commercial buildings or remote areas may require additional working days.
8. If the product is out of stock (not applicable for pre-ordered products) or longer delivery time is required, it will be clearly stated on the product page and someone will be arranged to notify the customer.
9. Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin Au, Plover Cove, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Tai Miu, Sheung Wo Che, Ha Wo Che, and Fa Sam Hang, Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, all country park areas, outlying islands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) and any areas where trucks are prohibited.
10. Since the logistics company does not provide temporary storage services for fresh products, when ordering fresh products, an address where the goods can be received must be provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the additional costs incurred by the subsequent delivery will be borne by the recipient.
11. The supply of fresh food may change due to the weather. If there is a shortage of goods, the order may be cancelled.
12. In order to ensure the quality of products, if fresh products are not delivered successfully for any reason, the logistics company will keep the goods for 24 hours (from the delivery time). If they are not suitable for consumption after this period, they will be disposed of. Any pickup or refund request will not be accepted.
13. The weight of fresh fruits and vegetables is approximate and may vary due to harvest time, transportation or other conditions. All sizes and weights are subject to the actual product.
14. In the event of any dispute, JA ZEN-NOH reserves the right of final decision.
