PARKnSHOP can award employees with vocational qualifications that are recognized under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF) of the Education Bureau. Qualifications range from the Level 2 (Certificate) award, to the Level 5 (equivalent to Degree level). These programmes are aimed at enhancing competitiveness and the professional knowledge of front-line retail staff.
The "5S" programme covers the following key areas of safety: Structures, Systematize, Sanitize, Standardize and Self-discipline, and was implemented at all PARKnSHOP stores since 2012. Its aim is to establish a company-wide culture of safety, and ensure a safe, healthy working environment for staff.
PARKnSHOP organizes a variety of fun-filled activities and outings for staff. Energetic and health-conscious colleagues are welcome to join various sports such as Basketball and Football. And there are a variety of interest class for colleagues to join. Company activities are also organized to celebrate special occasions and festivals.
