Upon receiving an order, Hutchison Telecommunications will contact the customer by phone within two working days to confirm the order. If the customer has not received a confirmation order notification, please contact Hutchison Telecommunications at 5333 2577.

Customers are required to visit the designated SUPREME store within 30 days of receiving the confirmation order notification to pick up the goods. When collecting the goods, customers must present the order number and sign the Goods Receipt Confirmation form.

Within 7 days from the date of purchase, our company provides a replacement warranty service for non-natural damages (specified model mobile phones/accessories). Customers must bring this receipt to the designated store to process the replacement of the same model mobile phone or accessory.

If the customer's mobile phone or accessory has obvious scratches on the casing, body fracture, water stains, or moisture damage caused by non-natural damages, it will not be eligible for replacement under the warranty. Customers will need to contact the relevant manufacturer for repair services.

In the event of any dispute, Parknshop.com and Hutchison Telecommunications reserve the right to make the final decision.
