「美心」5人豪華鮑魚盆菜套餐 (*商戶直送)

條款及細則 Terms & Conditions:
1) 送貨日期Delivery date：31 Aug 2023 ( Thu ) – 5 Oct 2023 ( Thu )
2) 截止訂購日期Last order date：22 Sep 2023 ( FRI )
3) 訂購須於5天前預訂，訂單一經接納，恕不可取消或作任何更改，包括送貨日期及時間。顧客將收到由9091 7109發出之WhatsApp 訊息確認訂單及送貨安排。
Order should be made 5 days in advance. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (including delivery date & delivery time). Customer will receive Whatsapp message via 9091 7109 for confirming order and delivery details.
4) 產品只能於指定時段送貨，11:00 – 14:00 或16:00 – 18:00，不接受特定時間送貨。
Product will be delivered at designated time slot, 11:00 - 14:00 or 16:00 - 18:00, no specific time is accepted.
5) 客戶下單後，美心會在4個工作天內以WhatsApp訊息聯絡顧客確認訂單。(如客人於2個工作天內沒有收到WhatsApp聯絡訊息，可在星期一至五9:00 - 17:00發送訊息到9091 7109與美心聯繫)
Maxims will contact the customer by message via to confirm the order within 4 working days. (If the customer does not receive message for confirming order and delivery details within 2 working days, please message via 9091 7109. Mon – Fri 9:00 - 17:00)
6) 若顧客在指定日期及時段(11:00 – 14:00 或16:00 – 18:00) 內未能在送貨地址接收貨品，送貨司機會於送貨地址等待, 時間為15分鐘上限, 逾時或沒有接聽電話者, 將當作自動放棄論，而產品亦不會安排即日運送, 所繳之款項概不退還。
If customer fails to receive the goods within requested date and period (11:00 – 14:00 or 16:00 – 18:00), driver will wait at the same address with a maximum time limit of 15 minutes. overtime or does not answer the call, Order will be treated as automatic abandonment, and the product cannot be rescheduled & delivery on the same day, and the payment will not be refunded.

7) 送貨範圍包括香港，九龍，新界及東涌（赤鱲角，馬灣，沙頭角，落馬洲，羅湖及離島區除外）。
Free delivery service will be provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories & Tung Chung (except Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu and islands).
8) 訂單將安排送於提供地址, 圍村只限送到村口, 不設電梯之送貨地點, 價錢另議, 價錢並不包括停車場費用, 停車場費用須由顧客以現金支付送貨司機。
Product will be delivered to Customer's of provide address. The walled village can only be delivered to the entrance of the village. The delivery location without elevators, the price is negotiable. The price does not include the parking fee and the parking fee must be paid by the customer in cash to the delivery driver.
9) 如送貨當天遇上天文台發出惡劣天氣警告（黑色暴雨/ 8號或以上烈風信號），送貨服務將會取消及另作安排。
Delivery service will be suspended and other arrangement will be made when typhoon signal no.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory.

10) 如收到貨品後發現有損壞或缺陷，客戶需要保留相關產品相片資訊, 請在當天發送到 WhatsApp 查詢熱線: 9091 7109 聯絡客戶服務部。
Any damage or defect is found after receiving the product, customer needs to keep the relevant product photo information then send to the WhatsApp inquiry hotline: 9091 7109 & contact our customer service department as goods received date.

11) 圖片僅供參考具體以收到實物為準，除質量問題外，產品不接受退換。
Image shown here is indicative only. If there is any inconsistency between the image and the actual product you receive, the actual product will govern. Except for quality problems, the product will not be returned.
12) 資訊僅供參考，確切運抵時間將因應不同的實際情況、貨物價值、貨品及政府機關之規範或要求而變動。
