第一次嘗試百佳網購送貨，司機於落貨區謊稱無位停車，不能將貨物送上門（下單前以及向客服確認有免費包送上三層樓服務），司機隨意擺放十五箱貨物於路邊便離開，並稱當下他能回來便是默認取消訂單，收回貨物，而非完成原有服務承諾搬運上門，向客服反眏，回應冷淡機械化，稱有後續反眏以及處理結果，事情發生4天仍未有二次回電，網購體驗差以及服務没有達到所承諾做到的事情！
