I received the yogurt order, but the products were only slightly cool — not properly chilled, despite being covered with multiple ice pads. I am concerned that the inconsistent temperature during shipping may have compromised their quality and safety, making them potentially unsafe to consume.

難得找到1款相信對家人有益的健康產品，但最大問題是愈來愈貴，貴得驚人！當日售價原為港元50餘元1排有3枝，現時一下子可以貴至90餘元甚至10X餘完，試問有沒有這麼離譜！現在還要縮減得只有很少地點有售。老實說，確實要等到有折扣略為減價才能購買，真的像搶錢一樣，極為可惡！

產品OK, 有放冰塊入紙箱內，但冰塊溶掉後啲水會浸濕咗產品嘅包裝紙，包裝紙會爛掉。希望可以改善包裝，例如先用膠袋包起產品，以免冰塊溶掉後啲水浸在產品包裝紙上。
