• Take your first pill on the 1st day of your period and take 1 pill daily and start another pack upon finishing the whole pack. No pill break, thereby reducing chance of missing pills. • You may also start your first pill on the 2nd to 5th day of your period, please make sure you take extra protective measure in the first 7 days of the regimen.• You’re advised to take the pill around the same time every day, to reduce chance of having discomforts and irregular bleeding.
