1. Products
• CHRISTMASTREEHK offer real Christmas trees, tree stands, and related accessories.
• Product photos and descriptions are for reference only. Natural variations in size, shape, and colour are expected.
• CHRISTMASTREEHK reserve the right to substitute or withdraw products without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are accepted until 20 December 2025, subject to stock availability.
• No same-day delivery. Once an order is confirmed at checkout, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
• Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), inclusive of delivery within Hong Kong SAR.
• CHRISTMASTREEHK reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery Service
• After receiving the order, CHRISTMASTREEHK will contact customers within two working days to confirm delivery date.
• Deliveries are fulfilled by CHRISTMASTREEHK within Hong Kong SAR only.
• Customers will be contacted by phone/email one day before delivery to confirm arrangements. If no confirmation is received, please call +852 5515 0885.

Delivery time ranges(Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed):
Morning: 09:00–14:00
Afternoon: 14:00–20:00

• For buildings without elevators, an additional charge of HK$50 per floor applies. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for special site conditions requiring extra manpower.
• In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Red/Black Rainstorm Signal, deliveries will be suspended and rescheduled.

4. Product Acceptance & Exchange
• Customers must inspect goods at delivery before signing the receipt.
• If there are quality or quantity issues, notify our delivery staff or customer service immediately.

Exchange Policy:
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a product of equal value will be provided.
• Re-delivery of exchanges is free of charge.

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
• Submitted after 7 days.
• The product is incomplete, missing packaging/accessories/invoice.
• The product was damaged by misuse, water, or unauthorized repair.
• Complimentary gifts are not returned together with the product.

5. Returns & Refunds
• Real Christmas Trees: Non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except for proven defects at the time of delivery.
• Tree Stands & Accessories: Refund requests may be made within 7 days, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability
CHRISTMASTREEHK’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
CHRISTMASTREEHK are not responsible for delays or losses caused by logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. In case of disputes, the decision of ParknShop (HK) Limited and Christmastreehongkong.com shall be final. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
