Simply click the individual product page, then click on "Check Availability" next to "Available Store" to check the stock availability at speciific store. Please note that there may be a time discrepancy in store inventory, and the actual stock quantity in stores may vary.

How to purchase PARKnSHOP physical voucher and eVoucher?

PARKnSHOP physical gift coupons or eCoupons are available at face value HK$50 and HK$100, you can purchase at any one of our PARKnSHOP Hong Kong stores or Alipay Hong Kong APP. PARKnSHOP eCoupons can be redeemed at both PARKnSHOP Hong Kong stores and PNS eShop.

Steps of purchase at Alipay Hong Kong APP:
1) Please link up your Alipay with MoneyBack account
2) Click “MoneyBack” at “Main page”
3) Click “eVoucher” at right bottom and click ""Buy eVoucher now""
4) Select PARKnSHOP eVoucher value, click ""Checkout""
5). PARKnSHOP eVoucher will be shown in your MoneyBack App after purchase. Click “Account” and further click “eVoucher” to find it.

Does PARKnSHOP Store provide free delivery service?

Accepted Answer

MoneyBack members can enjoy free delivery service with a minimum purchase of $500. MoneyBack VIP members can enjoy free delivery service with a minimum purchase of $350. Non-members can enjoy free delivery service with a minimum purchase of $1,000. If the purchase amount is less than the required amount, a delivery fee of $30 will be charged.

Is the delivery service provided for all purchased products in-store?

The delivery service is not applicable to fresh, chill, frozen, and plants.

Is the delivery service applicable to village houses?

Accepted Answer

Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. If no elevator service is available for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only. An additional delivery fee of HK$40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available (for the first 10 boxes). If the total number of boxes in order exceeds 10 boxes, the 11th to 20th boxes will be charged once more according to the number of storey(s) an additional delivery fee charged, and so on without amount limitation. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.

Does PARKnSHOP Store offer 'borrow shopping trolley' service?

Accepted Answer

You may borrow a shopping trolley for a cash deposit of $500. Simply return the trolley along with the receipt for a full refund of deposit. The trolley must be returned to the same store on the same day.

Can I apply returns & refunds for Store purchase?

We take pride in offering our customers good quality. If you are not satisfied with the purchase made, after our verification, please return / exchange the goods with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded / exchanged within the store where they were purchased.
• Please note that refund is only eligible for expired items or own-brand products. For other items with alleged quality issues, we accept product exchange or replacement.
• This refund policy is not applicable to voucher / e-voucher / prepaid SIM cards/ gift card/ add on services or designated product. (For details, please refer to the T&C of related item.)
• Cash will be refunded for purchases made with cash and any instant payment method like Octopus card. For credit card payments, please present your original credit card and receipt to our staff for processing refund. Refund service is eligible to the original credit card and it will take 4 weeks to refund to your original account. For other payment methods, refund will be made using the same method as the original payment.
