“EPS x PARKnSHOP Exclusive Privileges” (the “Program”) Terms and Conditions:

 1. The Program is valid on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during 6 September to 29 September 2024 (the “Promotion Period”, both dates inclusive and based on the transaction date).

2. Customers can receive a HK$30 PARKnSHOP Cash Voucher (the “Offer”) by single EPS transaction for eligible net spending (a s defined in clause 3) of HK$350 or above at any PARKnSHOP, TASTE, TASTE X FRESH (applicable for TASTE checkout counter only), FUSION,  food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, INTERNATIONAL (collectively known as the “Merchant”) outlet in Hong Kong (the “Outlet”). The Offer is limited and quota applies on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.

3. Eligible Spending is the final amount payable after deducting the value of any cash/ gift vouchers (includes eVouchers) used when making a retail purchase with EPS in Hong Kong Dollars.

4. The Offer is applicable to any single net EPS transaction on a single sales slip; split sales transactions are not eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not applicable to the purchase of gift coupon/ eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/ prepaid phone card/ gift card, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transaction, bill payment, cash withdrawal by EPS EasyCash, any value-added service, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption, bulk/ case purchase with single transaction over $50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging, delivery service charge and 3 Shop products & services. It does not apply to PNS eShop/ phone/ fax ordering and purchase made at Great App order and ‘Click & Collect’ service, transactions made at self-checkout, transactions made at FRESH checkout counter in TASTE X FRESH, transaction made at any Outlet outside Hong Kong, all unposted, cancelled and refunded transactions.

5. Each Customer can only enjoy the Offer in a single transaction once per day at an Outlet. PARKnSHOP Cash Vouchers (the “Voucher”) will be distributed by the Merchant at the time of payment. The Offer cannot be accumulated or saved for future use. The Vouchers are valid until 31 October 2024 and can only be used for the next purchase. Customers must settle payment at any Outlet with EPS when using the Voucher for their next purchase. Only one Voucher is accepted per transaction. Vouchers are not valid for transactions made at self-checkout machines. Use of the Vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Please refer to the back of the Vouchers for details.

6. The Offer cannot be used in self-checkout counter, exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts and are not transferable.

7. Any cancelled/refunded/falsified transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. The Voucher is a free gift offered from the Offer, in the event of cancellation or reversal of the transactions that are used for the Offer eligibility, the Voucher must be returned upon the refund/ cancellation.

8. PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited and EPS Company (HK) Limited reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Offer or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited and EPS Company (HK) Limited accept no liability for such change or suspension and termination.

9. PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited and EPS Company (HK) Limited reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.

10. No person other than the EPS user who enjoyed the Offer, PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited and EPS Company (HK) Limited will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

11. No claims can be made against PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited in relation to any failure in the communication networks, mobile applications, mobile devices or any interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, temporary suspension, delay or failure of any EPS payment transaction arising from POS terminal including related program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and broadband.

12. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
