PayMe’s Shopping Spree Grand Prix x ParknShop Campaign Terms and Conditions:
When is the Campaign?
- Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period for the PayMe Reward Formula x ParknShop Campaign (“Campaign”) is from 1 August to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Who can participate in the Campaign?
- The Campaign is offered to all PayMe users to participate in during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible User”).
What is the Campaign?
- There are two distinct parts to this Campaign as set out below:
- The 1-minute Shopping Spree Challenge (“Competition”); and
- PayMe x ParknShop Flash Voucher Campaign (“Discount”).
We expand on each of these below.
How to enter the Competition?
- In order to partipate in the Competition, an Eligible User must either be a Qualifying Transaction Winner or a Sequential Winner. We detail each of these below.
Sequential Winners
- During each month of the Promotion Period, Eligible Users will automatically be entered into consideration to be Sequential Winners upon successfully completing at least one of the below actions:
- completing one transaction at a PayMe merchant to its PayMe for Business wallet; or
- performing at least one transaction using their PayMe UnionPay virtual card; or
- perform at least one transaction to settle bills via PayMe “Pay Bill”,
(each a “Qualifying Transaction”).
- Each Qualifying Transaction will entitle an Eligible User to one (1) entry (“Entry”) to be a Sequential Winner. There is no limit on the number of entries that each Eligible User can qualify for.
- Each Entry into the Competition will be ranked in order of transaction time from 1st day of a month within the Promotion Period.
- An Eligible User will become the winner (“Sequential Winner”) if they complete a Qualifying Transaction for the Entry and that Entry falls into the pre-determined sequence of 5,000,000th Qualifying Transaction (“Winning Transaction”).
- Entry and the winning sequence will be reset on every 1st day of a month over the Promotion Period.
- In case of a void transaction described in clause five (5) above dsuch that the criteria for a Qualifying Transaction is no longer met, the Qulaifuing Transaction will no longer entitle an Eligible User to an Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, a transaction will be voided if:
- the Eligible User or PayMe merchant initiated a full or partial refund in respect of the transaction described in clause five (5) above during the Promotion Period; or
- the Eligible User made a transaction to a merchant's personal PayMe wallet. Users must confirm with the merchant on completing the transaction that the transaction was made to the merchant's PayMe for Business wallet.
Qualifying Transaction Winners
- In each calendar month during the Promotion Period, the top ten (10) Eligible Users who have the highest total value of Qualifying Transactions after each month ends will be selected (“Qualifying Transaction Winner Winner”).
- In case of a tie, where two (2) or more Eligible Users have the same transaction amount, the Eligible User who achieves that transaction amount earliest will be considered a Qualifying Transaction Winner.
- In case of a void transaction described in clause five (5) above during the Promotion Period, the voided amount will not be counted towards the Qualifying Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, a transaction will be voided if:
- the Eligible User or PayMe merchant initiated a full or partial refund in respect of the transaction described in clause five (5) above during the Promotion Period; or
- the Eligible User made a transaction to a merchant's personal PayMe wallet. Users must confirm with the merchant on completing the transaction that the transaction was made to the merchant's PayMe for Business wallet.
PayMe Reward for Competition and Sequential Win
14. The Qualifying Transaction Winners and the Sequential Winner will each be invited to participate in a one (1)-minute Shopping Spree (“Prize”) in a selected supermarket under AS Watson Group in the following month (“Event”). There will be a total of six (6) Events over the entire Promotion Period, to accommodate the eleven participants per month. (total of 33 participants for the Competition).
15. The Winners and the Sequential Winner will be notified of their Prize through their registered email with PayMe (“Redemption Email”) within ten (10) working days after each month ends.
16. A Eligible User must not receive more than one Prize in this Competition over entirety of Promotion Period. This means an Eligible User can Eligible User be both a Qualiifying
Transaction Winner and a Sequential Winner. In the event an Eligible User qualifies as both a Qualifying Transaction Winner and a Sequential Winner, the qualification as a Qualifying Transaction Winner will be prioritized. In such case the next Eligible User in the next Qualifying Transaction will be counted as the Sequential Winner.
17. The Winners and the Sequential Winner will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the Prize.
18. The Winners and the Sequential Winner are required to redeem the Prize according to the instructions and the timeline stated in the Redemption Email, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited.
19. Upon receiving confirmation and the Event details email (“Confirmation Email”) from the Bank, each Winners and the Sequential Winner will be one of the participants of the Event (“Participants”).
20. Participants must ensure that their PayMe wallet must not be suspended or terminated at the time of Prize redemption. For the avoidance of doubt, the criteria must be taken to be met at the point in time in which the Prize is to be redeemed. 21. Each Participant will receive up to HKD 8,000 worth of goods of their choice that they select within one (1) minute during the Event at date and venue arranged by The Bank and AS Watson Group (“Allowance”)
22. Participants are required to show their PayMe App with PayMe ID match with the winning record from the Bank at the Event.
23. Allowance is not applicable to select stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, bird’s nest, essence of chicken, abalone, fragile items (e.g. glass products like alcohol and soy sauce), frozen, chilled food items. 24. PARKnSHOP will arrange delivery service for the chosen goods from Participants in two (2) weeks after the Event is completed. If there is any dispute on final delivery, contact PARKnSHOP at 2606 8658. Take away of chosen goods from the Event on the day is not allowed.
25. Goods picked up at the Event are not eligible for refund or exchange.
26. By participating in the Event, Participants agree to allow the Bank to conduct filming and photography at the Event, and consent to their image and likeness appearing in event videos or other promotional materials that may be published on any media channels.
27. Participants must attend the Event to redeem the Prize according to the instructions in the Confirmation Email; otherwise, the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited.
28. In the event of severe weather conditions (Red Rain, Black Rain and T8 or above), the Event will be rescheduled. Further details regarding the new Event date and arrangements will be communicated within five (5) working days.
29. By participating in the event, Participants acknowledge and accept that they are responsible for their own safety throughout the Event. The Bank will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the Event.
30. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Prize with any alternative gift without prior notice.
31. The Bank reserves the right to withhold the Prize in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or gaming behaviour or any other reason related to this Competition.
32. The Bank reserves the right to exclude an Eligible User who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Competition, engages in abusive, deceitful or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Competition or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. If an Eligible User is excluded, any Prize may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
PayMe Rewards for Discount
- Eligible User will be entitled to below flash voucher (“Voucher”) in their PayMe wallet upon tapping “Grab now” on the designated Voucher within the Promotion Period.

- An Eligible User can only consume one (1) Voucher per day.
- The Voucher will be issued to the Eligible User’s PayMe wallet immediately provided that:
- the Voucher falls within the available quota set for the Campaign on a first-come-first-served basis; and
- the maximum number of Vouchers per user is per above table and is calculated based on the actual number of Vouchers grabbed. Each Eligible User can only use one Voucher per transaction and must consume a grabbed Voucher of this Campaign before grabbing another Voucher. If a Voucher expires, an Eligible User can grab another one given there is still available stock; and
- each Eligible User’s PayMe wallet is not suspended or terminated.
- the maximum number of Vouchers per user is per above table and is calculated based on the actual number of Vouchers grabbed. Each Eligible User can only use one Voucher per transaction and must consume a grabbed Voucher of this Campaign before grabbing another Voucher. If a Voucher expires, an Eligible User can grab another one given there is still available stock; and
- The day the Voucher was grabbed will expire at 23:59 pm on the same day of collection, regardless of the time of day the Voucher was grabbed.
- The Voucher will be applied automatically to any transaction at applicable stores per above table using PayMe provided that:
- the transaction meets the minimum spend per above table; and
- the Voucher is consumed before 23:59 pm on the same day of collection; and
- the PayMe wallet containing the Voucher is not suspended or terminated,
- the Voucher is consumed before 23:59 pm on the same day of collection; and
(an “Eligible Transaction”).
- If the Voucher is not consumed by the Eligible User within the validity period stated on the Voucher, the Voucher will expire from the Eligible User’s wallet. Expired Vouchers for the campaign may be released back to the Voucher campaign quota on an irregular basis. Users are obliged to check the PayMe app regularly for updates.
- PayMe may increase the number of Vouchers it issues during the Promotion Period, at its discretion.
- Each Voucher is subject to these terms and conditions.
- Customers can only consume one (1) Voucher for each Eligible Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, where a user holds multiple Vouchers that may be applied towards an Eligible Transaction, the Voucher will automatically apply by highest discount value first, then by earliest expiry date. In case of a Voucher with the same discount value and expiry date, then the Voucher credited to the PayMe wallet first will apply.
- In case of a refund (full or partial) initiated by a customer or merchant after the transaction at which a Voucher is consumed, the Bank retains the right to withdraw the Voucher or debit the amount credited to a PayMe wallet from the Voucher.
- Voucher is not applicable to transactions performed using UnionPay.
- The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discounts. It cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (except PayMe offers), promotional offers and discounted items / programmes, including lens coupons, shopping mall cash coupons/discount coupons/coupons, etc (unless otherwise specified), except for designated promotional offers, VIP offers and credit card discount offers.
Other important terms to read before you enjoy the Promotion
- An Eligible User’s personal information under the Bank’s record must be up-to-date and valid during the whole or the relevant part (as the case may be) of the Promotion Period to enjoy the Competition.
- In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
- The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Please refer to the PayMe website for offer details. The Bank accepts no liability for any such change or termination.
- The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the respective participating partner. The Bank and the respective participating partners can change or cancel the offers or amend the terms and conditions. Please check the relevant website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offers.
- It is the Eligible User’s responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost in relation to the receiving of the relevant Prize, and the Bank shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
- The Promotion is offered subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements.
- The Promotion is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each Eligible User submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- All remarks and footnotes in the relevant promotional materials are intended to serve, and do serve, as part of the terms and conditions of the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any conflict between that information and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
What these terms mean
