Ingredients
Barilla pasta
Spinach
Basil leaves
Kale

Method
Add 500ml water to a pot, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook 2 minutes less than usual for a chewy texture.
Heat avocado oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté for about 3 minutes, then add some pasta cooking water.
Add peas, spinach, and cooked pasta, stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Finally, add fresh spinach and basil leaves, season with fish sauce, salt, chopped kale, and a little lime juice.
