Strawberry Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box of strawberry gelatin powder
- 440 grams of flour
- 220 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 220 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Adequate sparkling water

Method
- Cream the room temperature butter and granulated sugar together.
- Gradually add the flour and mix well.
- Incorporate the strawberry gelatin powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder, mixing until combined.
- Add the egg, and adjust the moisture of the dough by adding sparkling water as needed, mixing until smooth.
- Place the divided dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 18 minutes.
- Serve with fresh strawberries, chocolate, ice cream, or coffee, according to personal preference. Enjoy!
