1 box of strawberry gelatin powder
440 grams of flour
220 grams of butter
1 egg
220 grams of granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method
Cream the room temperature butter and granulated sugar together.
Gradually add the flour and mix well.
Incorporate the strawberry gelatin powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder, mixing until combined.
Add the egg, and adjust the moisture of the dough by adding sparkling water as needed, mixing until smooth.
Place the divided dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 18 minutes.
