Please complete and submit the form. Our team will review the information and photos provided, and a Customer Service representative will notify you of the outcome and any follow-up arrangements.
💰 Refund Options (Please indicate your preference in the form)
Customers may choose one of the following refund methods:
Online e-Voucher
Once the refund is confirmed, the e-Voucher will be credited to your online account within approximately 2 working days, the e-Voucher can be used in your next online purchase.
Refund to Original Payment Account
Once the refund is confirmed, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within approximately 7–10 working days.
📌 Important Notes
In case you decide to use Octopus App to receive the refund, the request must be within 180 days after the transaction. You will receive a notification via your Octopus App and you are required to collect the refund via your Octopus App within 90 days.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and wrapping materials.
Each order is eligible for one return request only.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the item has a quality issue, was delivered incorrectly, or was missing from the order. Where a product delivered is not part of the order or the wrong quantity of items is delivered, we reserve the right to collect any wrongly delivered product.
In case of any dispute, PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision.

PNS eShop Cancelled or Shortship Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled or contains shortship items:
Credit Card Payments: No charges will be applied to the customer.
Debit Card Payments: Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange cancellation of the payment record.
Instant Payments: The system will automatically issue an e-Voucher to the customer’s online shopping account. This e-Voucher can be used for future purchases. If you prefer to have the refund returned to the original payment account, you are welcome to submit a request here. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed within approximately 7–10 working days.

We are not responsible for the validity, availability, or fulfillment of any third-party rebates, offers, or promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, situations arising from product unavailability, order cancellations, discrepancies in transaction or authorization dates, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
PARKnSHOP Physical Stores & Refunds Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase by bringing the original receipt and the item(s) to the same PARKnSHOP store where the purchase was made. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at other store.
Full refunds are only applicable to expired products or PARKnSHOP Own Brand items. Other products are eligible for exchange only.
Refunds are not applicable to the following items: Gift vouchers / e-vouchers / Phone cards / stored-value cards / gift cards / Any value-added services or designated items (please refer to the specific product terms and conditions)
💰 Refund methods:
Transactions paid by cash, Octopus, or other instant payment method will be refunded in cash.
Transactions paid by credit card require presentation of the original credit card and original credit card receipt at the time of refund. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card account and may take up to 4 weeks to process.
For other payment methods not listed above, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
In case of any dispute, PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision.
